Friendly and helpful staff! Came in for a new phone and was blown away by the helpfullness from Wes. Not only did he got me into a new phone but he saved me money on my bill and made the new phone transition very very easy. Wes and his friendly staff gave me a excellent experience.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with Sprint. I have a special account and it seems that anywhere I went the associates were confused by it or would begrudgingly help me. Brentic, however was the complete opposite. He was eager to help me with my account and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even called in twice to make sure they kept me on my plan. He was so friendly and patient with me as I changed my mind three times. He never once seemed like I was putting him out. He remained professional throughout the entire transaction, but also made us laugh and kept conversation with us. Brentic’s kind demeanor and professional attitude reassured me that I was making the right decision by staying with Sprint. I honestly could go on and on about how awesome he was. It’s safe to say that I will not longer be going to any Sprint store other than this one as long as I’m in the Austin area. Thank you, Brentic!

So I normally dread the process of purchasing a new phone. Especially when it comes to sprint. Let’s be honest, sprint has a pretty bad rap sheet when it comes to their customer service and sales department. Well, Brentic completely surpassed and surprised my expectations. He was extremely helpful in all regards. He even was more than happy to stay an hour passed closing time to help me transfer my phone number to a new account. He did not cut a single corner in making sure everything got set up properly. He even made sure that I got set up with the best possible discount. He was very friendly. I felt like we were buds when I left.
Needless to say, this is where I’ll be going for any sprint or cell phone issues. As long as Brentic is there that is.

Had a great experience at this Sprint Store. I dealt with the manager Heather and she was not pushy, clearly explained my options, and in the end actually saved me money! I tried chatting with Sprint customer service on their website but wasn’t getting clear answers, so I decided to stop in to one of the stores. They even went the extra mile and set up my new phone AND transferred everything from my old phone before I left. I also observed very nice customer service from another employee that was trying to explain a somewhat complicated phone function to an elderly customer, I heard him say «Yes Ma’am» about 20 times! Politeness, go figure. Anyway, my experience here convinced me to stay with Sprint when I was considering leaving, thanks Heather and Sprint Store on Anderson!

I went to the store to ask general questions and the store manager auto sign me up for an iphone 6 plus without my permission. then he said he is making mistake. he will correct it. but he never corrected it. so now sprint is billing me for an active account of an iphone 6 plus. which I never have one in my hand or a sprint phone number. I went to the retail store and calling sprint customer at least 4 times. and they never taking the fraud problem. if I am on the phone. they tell me to go to the store to get that take care. and when I went to the store. they told me to call 1800 to get that take care. this is the worst experienced I have with the brand.

sprint is not only owning me an apology and compensation me for this fraud was done by this now no longer work there manager. it is show a bad mark on my credit report for not paying bill and late on charge. again. on a fraud account. that was never authorizied.

I walked in soaked from the rain on my only day off, upset the my phone wasn’t charging. They were very understanding and plugged if into one of their chargers. It worked! I purchased a new charging cable and it worked! I’m very happy! Way to go guys!

One guy was really helpful, Alejandro V, the other two working, a hefty woman and a guy with glasses, were less than helpful. Tone was condescending and did nothing but talk in circles and cut us off. If I had to rate this experience is give it no stars for the help and 5 for Alejandro but I guess they can’t all be like him!

I left this store about 30 minutes ago without a new phone. It was best that I calmed down for a few minutes before writing this.
I’ve been a Sprint customer for several years and am eligible for an upgrade. I went in with some questions about upgrading from my iPhone 4S to the 5S. First issue, there were no iPhone 5’s to look at on the floor. Maybe I want to look at something before I buy it? In any case, the sales rep I was working with still explained the differences between the 5C and 5S.
I then asked how much it was going to cost to upgrade, and as my sales rep was explaining it, the other guy behind the counter interrupted him and proceeded to tell me pretty much the same thing, but in a raised, angry voice. When he paused to breath, I held up my hand and said, «It seems like you’re kind of pissed off right now.» The other guy (who was originally helping me) tried to make a joke of it, saying «Ah, he’s always like that.»
My original sales rep then tried to keep the conversation going, saying they have this new no-​contract plan, no down payment on the phone, how much the phone cost total, etc. I asked them when this changed, since the Sprint website told me something else. The rude, interrupting sales rep again interrupted and continued basically yelling at me. I told him that his tone was really bothering me, and he rolled his eyes and went back to his work.
My original sales rep tried to salvage the situation, but by that point, I was too angry and offended to hear any more. So I left without a new phone.
I will be calling Sprint’s corporate office and letting them know as well. Go anywhere but this place– in fact, I’ll be driving across town to the Sprint Store on Stassney where they’ve always been helpful, professional, and kind.

I had a falling out with Sprint years ago and have been anti ever since. I now have a sprint phone for work and have been pretty happy. I just moved and cannot get cell service in my house. I called Sprint customer service and was suprised at how helpful they were. They are sending me a booster free of charge which will fix my problem. Looks like things have changed over there!

I have had Sprint for just a few months, on a family plan with a daughter who lives in another state. I inherited her phone. In December, the phone screen froze and unable to charge it. I took it to this store and received excellent assistance from Alex and the manager. Two phones and five weeks later, the phone stops working. Physical damage. I took it back to this store and received truly above excellent service. Straightforward, open, easily understood communication. Let me know exactly what my options were and really worked to give me the best resolution. These people are worker bees just like me and are understanding.
I had Verizon previously and never felt equal to the employees-​almost without exception they were arrogant and just nice to you to get the sale and service was terrible.
I am very pleased with this store and would highly recommend it to anybody, even if it is not the closest Sprint store to your location. On Saturday, I took my phone to the store Sprint business office indicated. They said they could not see any previous notes on my file, they kept the phone for two hours and when I picked it up, they just said the post is corroded and that is why it won’t charge. That’s it, no resolution or anything.
That is why I went back to the Anderson Lane store.

RUN from this store! The employees will lie to you just to make a sale! I wassold a land line device that I wasn’t sure I needed at the time, by being given a 100 dollar discount on two iPhones and being told by the lovely employee Jennifer that there would only be a 35 dollar restocking fee, if it was returned in 14 days and that by getting that day, I would be saving 65 dollars, even if I returned the device. Too good to pass up. Well now when trying to return the device I am informed that I will have to pay the 100 dollars and on top of that the 35 dollar restocking fee. The managers are useless and the customer service is crap.

I have found the Mecca of Sprint stores, and I’m so glad to be first.
My hearty-​yet-​dingy phone decided to stop sending texts, so I resigned myself to finding a Sprint store near my home. See, most Sprint stores I’ve been in are dystopian wastelands with people running around like Tusken raiders.. .
So imagine my surprise when I walk into a clean and quiet store and repair center. Is this a joke? A dream? A fake? A TRAP? It was no joke, but it was a dream. I received prompt and helpful service, along with great conversation with both Natalie at the counter and and the repair tech that reset my phone (Elsa, maybe?).
I could not have been happier. Sprint Unilocalers, unite and use this store for all your needs, because this is worlds away from what you’re used to.
