I don’t even want to give this place a 1 star, because the agent, but I’ll give because of the good location. But the agent, a young short Hispanic girl that works there. Wow. she’s not a good agent, I called and told her my that I need a new sin for my iPad, she said it can be done but I have to come, I said OK, got in Über and left. Got there, we could not open the sim socket so I have to go to Apple Store, 10−15min ride in über, spent an hour to go and back, it was stuck enough for it to be taken to Apple, no problem. Got back and as soon as I got there, there was an lady just about to be taken care of, fine. So I asked how long? She said 10min, 15−20min later I asked her if it’s much longer? She said she don’t know how long. So I said. you said 10min, 20min ago. She said. you don’t have to wait and go. So I said, I’m already here miss, and you know I’ve been back and forth to do this, so let’s please finish I also have a über waiting. She went silent but working even slower! After another 15−20min she was done with the other customer. And all she did for me was looking at the size of the sim I needed, and there was none. Smh. seriously?!! After riding back and forth to do this plus I called. and another 30−40min waits??? The worst I ever dealt with!
