I bought my Yoder YS640 pellet smoker here, and continue to buy my pellets from Kathy. You can’t go wrong stopping by here — she has an amazing line of all things BBQ and grilling, to include sauces, rubs and accesories. She also has first rate knowledge and advice, and will work for what your needs, not what she wants to sell you. You can’t go wrong with Kathy and her business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

UPDATE: Will be closed permanently at the end of this month — rent went up $ 10K, reported harassment from code enforcement = out of business. Shame, was a good place and Kathy is good people.

They had the tools we needed and more. Anything you need here and guidance by a knowledgeable owner. They have big bags of pellets in the back in most every type of wood you need, and lots of it.

Just picked up my new Yoder fully loaded Wichita smoker. Looked for a year all over central Texas until I found exactly what I was looking for. Kathy is fabulous to deal with. All happened on-​time. Yoder products are amazing. If you are in the burbs the Yoder products are worth the trip to see them at BBQ Mercantile.

They’ve got all the shiny smokers and grills from your best smoke dreams, and more sauces, rubs, and smoking accoutrements than you can shake a stick at. Wood chunks, chips, pellets, plus premium oak lump charcoal… We’re addicted to the Good One charcoal now. And classes, to boot! I’ll be back soon for a class, and maybe that Primo ceramic komodo grill… meow! Two thumbs up!
