Do you like 50% customer service, where the guy at the desk is on the phone helping someone else at the same time he’s «helping» you, because to him you’re not worth 100% of his attention? This branch will serve you well.
Seriously, we started with this place back when it was Guaranty. Back then, it was decent. Now, it straight-​up stinks. The only good thing I can say is about one employee, Cyndi (?) who’s a holdover from the Guaranty days. She’s nice, knows people by name, and is actually helpful.
I cannot say the same for the other employees, which seem to be a generic, rotating group of money-​sucking zombies (they won’t even look you in the eye as they take your money via endless service charges).
