We ordered a gluten-​free pizza and waited over an hour to have it delivered. When it arrived it was cold, soggy, and doughy… absolutely disgusting and not worth the price. Manager was very unsympathetic. VERY disappointing! Won’t be ordering from here again…

My first and last time ordering from this location. My food arrived late, cold, and for the amount I paid for extra toppings, the portions were extremely small. With so many pizza places in the area, I won’t be repeating an order from here again. The ONLY positive was the delivery girl, who was extremely nice and apologized for the lateness of the order.

Gattis is my favorite pizza but not this location they over charge and skimp out on the toppings last night i spent around 20 $ for a single superoni pizza even though they had coupons to where i coulda got an extra pizza for the same price! The superoni looked like a basic pepperoni from lil chezars !

No it’s not the best pizza, but we order it for more a sense of nostalgia. We received a flier advertising their new gluten free pizzas. We called to place an order from this store and were told none of their locations deliver to our large subdivision off of Bee Cave road. What a ridiculous business decision! So Mangieri’s wins our business and that of the 850 homes in my neighborhood. For the record they don’t deliver to the Uplands, Senna Hills and Spanish Oaks. What a missed opportunity to service a large area of families!

I am born and raised in the austin area. This place is one of the first pizza places, when pizza was still foreign around here, my mom used to order this or Little Caesars but Mr Gattis has always been a family favorite. I lived in Jersey for 2 years, married a Jersey boy and let me tell you, i never had such awesome pizza in my life. But no matter what i do, i always seem to get the urge for what i grew up on. I am absolutely in love with the all provolone cheese they use and being from texas, the homemade ranch is outstanding. It might not be an ALL TIME favorite but its an Austin favorite.

I ordered a pizza from here and after waiting over an hour I called to ask where our food was and they told me that we were out of their area so they couldn’t deliver to us… and this was after I had given them my address and already payed. I guess they decided they didn’t need to call us and let us know that we wouldnt be getting our food. Very disappointed in this service.

Great staff here! The manager, Jon, is so friendly and always remembers us when we call for delivery! He needs to be the CEO of this company, I say! Mr. Gatti’s has always been a favorite of my family… but pleasant service that’s quick is a bonus to their good pizza. The crust and toppings are perfect! The delivery is swift and always accurate, too. Dial 459‑2222 and get a Mr. Gatti’s Pizza deliverrrred~we sing this at least once a week. Viva Gatti’s! ~ a lifetime fan
