This was god awful service. I was easily standing around for 15 minutes waiting for ANYONE to greet me or ask if I needed help. Which I did need help because BCBG thinks it’s okay to only put out their Extra Small and Small clothing. So if you need a bigger size, you have to ask and see if it’s in the back. After finally getting attention from someone, they check to see if any of the dresses I liked were in stock, and there were easily 6 dresses I wanted to try on, and they weren’t. I get a fake apology and by this point I’ve been standing around for 45 minutes looking at over priced dresses that can’t fit me. Thanks you guys. Please shop at the one at the Domain.

I use to come here all the time and decided to stop going here, this BCBG in Barton creek to be specific. The service is extremely rude and disrespectful. Get your BCBG clothes somewhere else like in the Domain or outlet. Not worth it to be treated with disrespect and buy stuff from this shop.

I love telling myself: You are not beautiful. You are not cool. You are not thin. You are unworthy. Oh wait, I really DON’T love doing that, but the freaking sales people at BCBG sure do enjoy making me feel that way. THANKYOU, you uptight TSU sorority dropouts — for constantly reminding me that I am in an overpriced retail store. Regardless of the icy reception I consistently get here, I do love their clothes. The BCBG at Barton Creek has a decent selection, but I definitely think that the Domain trumps them. No matter which one you go to, you can be sure to have the friendliest and most welcoming reception. Bahaha. In your dreams!
