I wasn’t even IN the store, but on a recent Sunday night, I needed a special baking pan for a memorial service. Found it ONLY on BB&B internet and was so lucky to get the knowledgeable and very experienced Kathy Slater when I called BB&B at Southpark Meadow to see if they had it in stock. She went WAAAY out of her way to do everything she could to ensure I’d get the purchase in time, calling in other staff members to see if there wasn’t a quicker way, etc. and in the end she helped out a little with the shipping, too, a nice gesture. I had called a store that was closer to me but after a long wait, no one seemed to know any answers and I got a near-terminal dose of deafening hold music FURTHER: The order came a day earlier than promised. Thanks Kathy.

I was very disappointed and angry to buy a furniture item(some assembly required) that, once I opened the box at home, I saw immediately had obviously been returned to the store after the first buyer broke off a part while trying to put it together. I have purchased these same items before and could see right away that parts bags had been opened, screws and washers partially assembled, and that a hunk of broken wood was sticking out of a join.(The original buyer hadn’t even been following the instructions and was assembling it in the wrong sequence.) Nobody at the store bothered about this, the box was simply resealed in a way that was not obvious to the shopper and put back on the shelf — so the next person(me, in this case) would buy a defective item and then be forced to make a return trip to exchange it. I notified the store manager over the phone(at least, I hope it was genuinely a manager and not just the designated person used by some stores to fob off complaints) but I’m still stuck making a long and wasted trip back to the store to replace something that never should have been reshelved in the first place. You can bet I’m opening this next box ATTHESTORE before I leave; and I’d suggest other shoppers do the same when they are buying DIY furniture at this store.

The employee shoved my change $ 84.37 into my hand with the receipt on top, never even mentioning the amount, certainly not counting it back! I said, in the old days the cashiers were taught to count the change back, what you just did seems inappropriate to me, she glared at me, and said nothing! The manager at this store is very nice and helpful

Here is what Bed Bath and Beyond has going on … their store is organized well and they have options. Lots of options. They are also the go to it seems for wedding registries. I registered at a different Bed Bath and Beyond location for my wedding registry, but I chose to come here to spend all my gift cards and coupons after the wedding was over. This store was about like all the rest on the inside. I ended up purchasing a new set of high thread count sheets and some fancy pillows that were about $ 60 a piece. My husband likes fancy pillows. So as far options on pillows they have about 5 different brands of fancy pillows. Luckily my husband has a certain brand he likes so that is what I got. As far as other stuff in the store if you need a blender or food chopper you have about 20 different models to choose from. Options are good in most cases. The staff here was friendly. I am sure I will be back. I just sometimes forget about this location and usually go to the Sunset Valley location.

It was kinda odd there was no one in there, but it did make for a better shopping experience. I had 3 staff offer to help me, which I have to say is rare now a days. 4 stars for great service and the big selection. Yes… I did forget my 20% off coupon … Doh

I have to admit I go in here quite regularly… I can usually find what I need for kitchen appliances and linens. I found a great deal on 800 count thread king sheets for $ 99, which is a steal. I know there are other stores that may have more selection but BB&B is my go to because it is just so darn conveinent, right by my house and sometimes that is what sells. I could do without all that as see on tv crap peppered throughout the store. It’s irritating and none of it works… but Cest la vie.

I like to call this place«Bed, Bath, and Betwixt». I guess the«Betwixt» stands for kitchen. No, my kitchen isn’t betwixt my bathroom and my bedroom. Betwixt means«We couldn’t find a word that began with a ‘B’ that means ‘Kitchen’». Yes, that’s right, Betwixt is my official kitchen gadget store. I can find everything Oxo here. Well, almost everything. They didn’t have the Oxo Medium Cookie Scoop in stock. But, did you know that Oxo even makes a cake tester? For only $ 2.49. And all these years I’ve been making do with a toothpick. Such a hick. No, I didn’t buy it. I’ve got too many toothpicks. But I did buy a meat thermometer. It’s not Oxo, unfortunately. It’s by Taylor. I plan on taking Lady Gaga’s temperature with it later today. Her dress temperature, that is.
