If I didn’t have to give this place a star, I wouldn’t! First off they’re the biggest hawkers at Barton. According to the customer service center, they are reported for hawking more frequently than anyone else. I’ve purchased eye shadows from here before and I get compliments on the colors all the time. I decided to try a face scrub from there because they say their products are all natural, no alcohol. I bought it and the girl gave me a toner and«milky cleanser» for«free». So I took the scrub out while waiting on a friend to shop and I noticed that the fourth ingredient on the scrub is Alcohol. I decided to take it back. i simply told the associate that the other girl stated that there weren’t any chemicals in their products and I’m unable to use it on my skin. She said there were no returns. I wouldn’t have argued if there was a sign posted that said so. She said it was on the receipt. The girl never gave me a receipt! So I had her call the mgr and she made me wait an hour before she came to talk to me. I told her my story and she said that it wasn’t her problem. That I probably used the product and she wouldn’t be able to re-sell it. I went back to that kiosk within the hour! I told her that they would be losing a customer if she didn’t resolve the issue. Her rebuttal was that she was doing me a favor by giving me free products because I had ‘bad skin’. I told her with that comment I would be calling the BBB since she acted extremely unprofessionally. I asked for a corporate number and she insisted that I talked to her. Then she gave me a number to Israel and said she wasn’t scared bc she’s been doing this for over 5 years. I called the corporate hotline listed on the website and left a message. No one ever called to question me about the issue. Needless to say they don’t care about their customers. I will no longer purchase from that company nor will I recommend it. The cleanser stated that it removed make up. More like smudged everything around and made it more difficult to remove. She said its impossible for someone to be allergic to the products. It irritated my skin like no other product!

I made a VERY clear point to ask about returning the makeup before purchasing b/c I’ve had makeup look fine in the mall only to look bad in the sunlight, and was told repeatedly that I could return it. But a week later suddenly they don’t accept returns. BADBUSINESS.

I purchased a Mineral foundation kit from them after having the salesmen give me a makeover. However, after arriving at home 2 hours later the makeup looked horrible on me. It looks very shinny and oily. My friend said, «that looks so oily return it.» I went the next day to return the unopened makeup and the guy tells me «no returns». I ask him to call the owner of the kiosk. He calls someone, talks in another language, hangs up, and tells me «he is not answering his phone. he can’t contact him.» I spent over 200 $ and will not use this horrible makeup.
