We just started renting from Belterra Springs because we are in the middle of building a new home in Belterra. We recently sold our home in Belterra prior to our new home being ready. They refused to allow us to sign a six month lease to cover our build time. They did not have our garage or covered parking available on move in day. Lastly, our apartment is right next a very busy and loud new construction. They refused to discount our rent for the major nuisance.
