This place is awesome if you have kids and fantastic even if you dont. Pool is 84 degrees and 3 bucks for adults, 1 for kids. Picnic area has picnic side grills. Playground has the squishy stuff in case of fall and fun for all. Perfect travel rest center.

Awesome little park! Trees, green grass, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and a pavilion with a working full-size refrigerator and electrical outlets! Interesting play structures.(The shredded rubber smell is strong on a sunny day, but at least your kid won’t break any bones if he falls.) Public pool($ 2/child, $ 3/adult)(scheduled times for lap swimming or free swim posted at the entrance). Clean restrooms with sinks(the women’s soap dispenser was empty, though). The staff were indifferent at best, but I suppose that’s to be expected from teenagers on summer vacation. Watch out for dog poo in the grass. Excellent spot to take a break between Reno and Baker NV.
