Bexfood created some custom meals for our family in the micro-​catering style. The enchiladas were outstanding and had us all begging for more when the pan was empty. The fresh salsa verde she made from scratch was the perfect topping to this delicious Mexican meal.
The other two dishes were deep frozen for a month or so. When we took them out and reheated/​cooked them they were delicious. I can’t imagine them tasting any better fresh but they must. These two dishes: eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Casserole were wonderful and provided us with several meals.
We only wish we lived closer so we could have Bexfood handle more family meal plans to help alleviate our busy schedule!

Garlic mashed potatoes. Buttery, garlic-​y goodness.
French onion soup. Homemade. Complete with oven-​baked cheese.
And best yet: Bacon wrapped meatloaf. What!!! Oh yeah, my arteries haven’t recovered from that slice I devoured, oh just two years ago.
BexFood is the perfect way to entertain. She’s catered a wide range of events: beach parties, social networking brunches, and from what I heard, month-​long film projects (LA is the movie-​making capital in America). All in all, she always tries to outdo her last function and is constantly experimenting with new recipes.
Bottom line: The food comes from her soul with love. Delicious. On a budget.
Austin, give her back please?

Four words: Raspberry Iced Tea. Amazing.
Big or small, every event hosted by Bexfood works like a charm — from hosted brunch for 80, to a small beach gathering for friends — the food is top-​notch, and the service is impeccable.
Highly, highly recommended.
