What a great new addition to the Mueller/Windsor Park area! I adore the décor, and all the food looks amazing. My husband and I tried the carrot cake and the peanut butter cookie, and both were outstanding. I can’t wait to come back! This will be a really great place to grab a glass of wine and dessert after dinner.

My husband and I live in the apartments next door to Bribery and have visited at least four times since it opened. Every single trip we have been greeted by their friendly staff/waitstaff and have been completely taken care of. The food, from baked treats to their«after-school» happy hour snacks(discounted and delicious– you have to try the macaroni and cheese) has been amazing! The décor is adorable and pretty reasonably priced for the high quality. Their coffee(drip, iced and lattes) are really good quality and flavor. Definitely recommend going there for coffee, on a date, or just to grab a snack. So excited to have Bribery join the Mueller community.

Wow! What a bakery. Not only has Jodi made Bribery a beautiful place to visit, she has also created a scrumptious menu of savory AND sweet baked goods for you to choose from. I am very impressed with the options which include giant cinnamon rolls(I recommend sharing this) to savory bread pudding(there is bacon involved) to a chocolate cake that my fellow Unilocaler Allyson K. gushes about. Don’t be intimidated by the amount of pink there is inside the store. It works and it’s very inviting. It’s a great place for a cute date, family outing, hangout w/some girlfriends, or a lonesome visit to read a good book while munching on a croissant. +Coffee and espresso drinks served +Ample seating in booths, at the bar, outside on the patio, and at communal high-tops +Light table service provided; the staff are amazing and sweet(no pun intended)(please tip!) +Parking along the street near the park and the Thinkery +They have sprinkle shakers. Repeat, there are sprinkles. in a shaker. at your table. Welcome to the neighborhood, Bribery. You’re great.

Do NOT go here IF you are trying to stick to your New Year’s resolution of trying to lose weight :) This place is not your ordinary bakery. Everything I tried from the Veggie pizza to the breakfast sandwiches to the quiche to the coffee was a delightful treat. Sure there are some healthy options(a few!) but everything tastes so good, it is hard to restrain yourself from diving into the numerous sweet pastries. Not only does it taste good, all of the items are beautiful to look at too! Bribery must have a food artist in the kitchen because all the treats are pleasing to the eye and tummy! Very pleased with the service also! Everyone is extremely attentive making sure you have everything you need at the table and refilling your coffee. Today was their soft opening but from my experience, it looks like they have most of their kinks worked out and ready for prime time. If you haven’t visited yet, the process is you go to the counter and let them know which treat you want. If you are eating there, you pay at the counter and they will give you a number. You select a table and then after they heat up your food, they will come serve you at your table. If you are getting it to go, they box it in a cute pink box and you take it with you from the counter. They are so attentive at your table, I feel like they definitely deserve a tip. They do a tip share so you can tip at the table or when you purchase at the counter. I can’t wait to come back for more treats and thank goodness I already broke my weight loss new year’s resolution… cuz this place is da bomb for incredible treats!!!

I came to the second day of their opening and when I walked in, I was instantly greeted and taken care of. I got the blondie which was a little too sweet for me and tasted like it was made with a stick of butter. I REALLY want to try the $ 5 cinnamon buns. They looked amazing. They’re HUGE! I’ve heard great things about their savory pastries too. If you have time and the weather’s nice, take your baked goods outside and sit by the lake!

Before today, I’d never been a huge fan of bright pink. But after a bold and beautiful breakfast bread pudding, it’s my new favorite color. At least for the time being. This pink and teal-colored gem is tucked away in a cute little corner of Mueller, within a stones throw of the Thinkery. Upon entry, you’re immediately transported into a Barbie-doll bright setting, with the sounds of steamed espresso machines and smells of savory sweets percolating with pride. Smiles abound and the suspension of Toys R’ Us-ish disbelief envelopes you with welcoming warmness. Do yourself a favor(in fact bribe yourself) and come here with friends and family. It’s the hippest, and pinkest, treat to give yourself and those you adore.

Oh y’all. There is now an amazing bakery within walking distance of my house! We visited twice during the neighborhood soft-opening. We tried the pop overs, a cinnamon roll, a blondie(staff recommendation), savory bread pudding and a brownie. Everything was so rich and delicious! Tip: Be sure to follow their instructions on reheating at home. They are spot on.
