Bubba’s Country Store

Friendly nice people work here. Country cute. Good gas prices. A really good food trailer in the parking lot.

Store isn’t much to look at, but it’s cool. Just a little shack with a porch. I’ve been coming here for years. Friendly staff and right near my mom’s house. It’s so convenient.
They have Mexican Coke and Mexican Sprite which I am completely addicted to as well as junk food snacks and typical convenience store sundries. Nice selection of beer too beyond Coors and Bud. I’ve come down here often for beer (before my wife’s alcohol embargo on me, if you follow my other reviews) before going to Salt Lick or after a full day of yard work. I have a feeling they get a lot of beer traffic from Salt Lick!
Being the lone gas station out here, the Diamond Shamrock gas is sometimes a bit higher. That’s OK though, because I am sort of a gas snob and stick to Shell or Chevron.
Since there isn’t much out here, I wish this place would serve some fresh quick sandwiches, sausages or pizza. They have convenience store microwavable burgers and burritos. YUCK!
