Stopped by for a late lunch. I ordered the Angry Burger, and did not care for it, nor did it seem«Angry» at all. The Lady had a Whopper and said it was still her favorite BKs to have one. Service was friendly and fast as usual. They ran out of ice tea just as I walked up to the dispenser but they quickly started another batch. We will be back in the future when the Lady craves a BK Whopper.

Yeah I know it’s BK. But always fast service correct orders and friendly service. 10% military discount, and there are always some sort of BK deal going on so you can stay on the cheap side and eat plenty. Plus it’s the only fast food around here.

Haven’t been to Austin in a while. This town seems inconvenient so in order to eat within a decent amount of time it seems like you have to be around the frontage roads which are hard to navigate. I stopped into this place right off 35. Tons of homeless type folks handing around. Didn’t seem real safe. It’s a small venue but has the new Coke machine which allows for thousands of combs of drinks. Machine still needs some work. The fries were pretty hot but the Whopper Jr. was different from any BK I’ve been to previously. Seems smallish and the order took forever. When I left I was approach twice by 2 different people trying to panhandle. There’s a lot of that going on in the downtown area.

No drive thru. This Burger King should not even be in existence without a drive thru. Wtf? Fast food just got even shittier.

I’m a hamburger junkie and proud I it. With that said, every time I enter this place I’m greeted«Bienvenido a Burger King, ¿cómo puedo ayudarle?» Because clearly I’ve walked into a hamburger place in Mexico. I’m very, VERY white by the way. There should be no mistake that I would even know how to speak Spanish. The service is okay, I guess but I don’t know if they are talking to me or to each other. The hamburgers are good. The place is always clean. Now for all the hater comments because I assume that I should be addressed in English.

Ordered chicken strips, they served them raw. They did make me new ones and apologized… bathroom was clean.

I eat not burgers, but like the drinks, I do. Large and delicious, the drinks are. Smile the drinks make me. Talking to the cashier I like. Funny and happy, he is.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. I’ve given this place multiple opportunities to redeem itself for the sake of conveniently living right around the corner. PLEASEREAD: Upon our 3rd or maybe 4th visit I peered over the counter to see if they were making our food because it was taking a really long time and we noticed they were making food without gloves. My fiancée ask THEGENERALMANAGER if the person preparing our sandwiches could please wear gloves and the response was as follows… She dropped her mouth as to be in shock which was extremely rude and then snapped back with«he doesn’t have to wear anything» when We asked if that was law she said yes, Austin in not required to wear gloves. So I said«I understand the law but can you please wear gloves on a special request» and she Said«NO» … Flat out NO, turned her back and said something in Spanish to her cook and they laughed. We asked for a refund and she said«gladly», with a smile on her face. Rudest experience from a General Manager I’ve ever had. Needless to say, We will never go back to this location. I’m not going to eat food made by someone wiping sweat beads off their forehead with their hands and not washing. No Gloves… none of my money. simple.

Ok, I know that Burger King shouldn’t even merit a spot on Unilocal, but I had to at least write something regarding their horrible service. My friend and I arrived there late on a Saturday night, 15 minutes before the 11:00pm closing time. When we approached the counter we were glared at with that«How dare you show up 15 minutes before closing» stare that is all too common these days. We placed our order with the outwardly unhappy woman, who literally threw my receipt at me. I had said that the order was for eat-in, but of course they gave us the order in a bag, expecting us to leave. Now it would have been one thing had they told us we would have to take the order to go. But no such thing was said, so we took the bag to a table and started eating. We were NOT taking our time, and we were aware that things were about to close down; however, 2 minutes after sitting down they turned off the television and turned off all the lights! We just looked at each other like, what the heck! So we quickly wolfed down our food and got up to leave. On our way out the same counter person glared at us as we went out the front door. I’ve always liked Burger King, but after this experience I’m done. I’ll stick to the MUCH better burgers at Whataburger.

I’m not a huge fan of Burger King, but this is a nice location right in that weird Jefferson yuppie-shoppe area. I specifically came by today because I heard they serve a veggie burger. It’s true! $ 4.86 gets you a small combo(not bad of a price) and it’s very tasty. The patties are Morningstar Farms, so of course they’re good. It’s one of those large, bun-sized, slighty spicey, tender kind of veggie burgers and is served with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and ketchup. It was yummo. Yeah, you can go to HEB and make something exactly like this yourself, but where’s the fun in that? This is a great step forward for fast-food, and I appalud Burger King for serving meatless burgers that are quick, filling, and cheap — on this point, only P Terry’s can match them! If I ever get it again, I will probably get it alacarte($ 2.79), as I’ve never been a big fan of Burger King fries.
