I went in this branch to deposit cash last week. I didn’t know I didn’t need to have a deposit slip to deposit at ATM, so I went to the counter. A teller greeted me pleasantly. Then, he asked me if I knew I can make a deposit at ATM without a slip. I said no. Then, he offered to show me how to do it. I wouldn’t say «yes, please» if there was a customer waiting after me. Fortunately, there was no other customers waiting and no line at ATM. I accepted the offer and he came out from the counter. The transaction at ATM was super easy. He was a truly professional and made me comfortable. His name is David R. He was really nice. He treated me totally different from the branch around the corner located 7600 Burnet Blvd. Thank you, David, for being so nice.

I’ve been with Chase for a while, and the staff at this branch used to be very nice and helpful.
But now they are replaced with a new crew, that are full of patronizing employees who make it a point to let you know that they don’t care about the customers, and even would repeatedly offer to close my multiple accounts and cite that as, «Just trying to be helpful». As in, «helpful to drive the customers away», perhaps?
I’m still waiting for them to fix the errors with my accounts that were triggered by their online customer service, and in the meantime, have found, and am moving to a credit union that’s more vested in their customers.

These people are very, very helpful and courteous. There is one teller named Michael-Marie who is probably the single most courteous and accommodating bank employee with whom I have ever encountered and/or done business. It is the kind of neighborhood branch that banking ought to be about. This branch is a star in Chase’s crown!!!

This location is across the street from the Alamo Drafthouse. The people are friendly enough but could be better. The consultant who was helping us with our account was pretty friendly but also a bit slow and not timely. I guess we expected it to take less than 30 minutes to add a person to an existing account but it took like 45 minutes total to get in and out of there.
