Cheesehaus

The actual address is 412 Farley in Hutto. I make that notation after being navigated to a field of hay with no trailers.
So I’ve been wanting to try this place for sometime and finally made it out there only to find they would be closing temporarily for a few months. Wha!
I ordered The Crusher for Matt and the Goodfella for me. The Crusher was straight up Texas toast, cheddar, and bacon. It looked delicious and Matt agreed it was great. The Goodfella was mozzarella, tomato, and basil on multigrain bread. I don’t know what kind of bread that was, but it was phenomenal. And you really can’t go wrong with tomato, basil, and mozzarella. It was great. I would have liked more tomatoes, but that’s just me.
In any event, I look forward to Cheeshaus’s reopening whenever that shall be.
