Fast and polite every time! The drive thru set up looks intimidating, but they have it under control!

I love Chick Fil A, but food places just never fail to get something wrong for me. I asked for Honey Roasted BBQ, the girl gave me Honey Mustard and BBQ. I asked for PEPPER Jack with my spicy sandwich, but I got Colby Jack. I don’t care how petty the problems seems to anyone. It adds up, and makes me furious. Like how does every single place I dine in or take out manage to get something wrong for me? And specifically me…

This placed has messed up my order for the last time! I went through the DT today around lunch and ordered 2 number ones and an extra sandwich. I was given all spicy and it ruined our lunch

Good chik filet. Well done. We are chik filet fans. Like waffle fries, frosted lemonade, and chicken sandwiches.

My least favorite chick fila. Customer service is lacking. I love chick fila more than any other fast food for how friendly it is. This location not so much

I boycotted for 4 years because of the owners stance toward homosexuality. But as of recent, i began to go through the drive-through because well, Chick-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant in the market as far as food quality and flavor profile. Today the line was long so I decided to step inside. I walked right up to the counter and was greeted by a young man who had an authentic sincere being about him. Even had a laugh at my misunderstanding of the Polynesian sauce because I called it the tropical Caribbean style sauce. Later on as I sat at my table polishing off my delicious spicy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets, I slurped my drink and as an employee was passing by keeping the floors meticulously clean she heard my slurp and asked if I would like a refill. Yes please I said, saving me a trip back up to the counter to take my to-go tea that is ¾ unsweet and ¼ sweet, and she brought it back perfect!

Subpar for a Chikfila. Waited 20+ min in drive-thru. They had cashiers in the parking lot that were not in front of a menu and the cashier had to ask for a lamenated copy. All this while is was raining and no real protection for having my window down. Then they got my order wrong.

I used the catering service at this location. The night manager is a joke. Communication is not his forte. He is challenged when dealing with customers as well. He would rather sweat than engage in customer service. The GM contacted and tried to resolve via a voicemail. The GM even stated he was too busy and asked if I could wait until a more convenient time for to talk. I am sure this is not the Chick-fil-A corporate way. I just choose not to dine at this location anymore.

Easily the best service I have ever received at a «fast food» establishment. They come to your table and ask if you need a refill of your drink, take it for you, refill it and bring it back with a huge smile the whole time. They take your trash and dispose of it and really make you feel like you are doing them a favor by being there. I enjoy everything g about the place.

So your chicken has antifoaming agent’s that’s unnatural. And yet you hate gays. Clearly god has nothing to do with what you make our you wouldn’t throw tons of Chemicalsthat have been linked to cancer in your sandwiches. Then ask pepole to show hate for a groop of pepole for the way that were born

Obviously I love Chick Fil A but this is the second time this has happened. I am a sauce fanatic. Have to have sauce on everything. Today I went to Chick fil a again and asked«the sauce is in the bag right?» And they said yes. Got home and there was no sauce to be found. 2nd time this exact thing happened. Not happy

Anyone who is anyone knows that Chick Fil A is always that one place that makes your whole day better, nugget by nugget. Well, this location is even more above and beyond. This one day a few weeks ago, I was having the worst day! Work started super stressful, I learned I had screwed up an important client’s order, and things just didn’t seem like they were gettin’ better. I hadn’t showered for the day and my home was a mess at home, the stress was just too much. Usually on days like this I take a deep breath and go to Chick Fil A for some comfort nuggets. And that’s just what I did. I went through the drive thru and noticed the same pile of crap advertisement trash I always get in the mail and I did what anyone needing to accomplish something would do, I saw an opportunity to throw it away in the drive thru trash can so that’s just what I did. Threw it away. About an hour later, once I’m happy again after having some delicious nugs dipped in chick fil a sauce and a sweet tea, I get a text from my fiancé letting me know we were expecting a very important piece of mail from a company called ADP as it was a check. Of course I was like«Oh, okay cool I’ll look out for it!»… then 1.2 seconds later my heart sank into my stomach. I just threw away a piece of mail I thought was insurance offer crap from ADP. *FF!!!* I immediately swallowed my pride and called Chick Fil A and the first words out of my mouth were — «this is going to be the highlight of your day I just know it»… and continued on telling them the situation. Y’all. By the time I got there(which its about 5 minutes away from my work), this whole staff was digging thru the drive thru trash bags that were dumped into the big trash searching for this tiny envelope that was so important to me that I’d tossed away. WHAT A DAY, right?! I’m embarrassed but humbled at the same time as they hand me 2 envelopes that were not it and it killed me to say it. The manager then walked me to the back where a sweet boy had an ADP envelope asking me if it was it? Covered in food grease and disgusting, I was never so happy to grab that stupid piece of trash I’d thrown away! I nearly hugged the guy and shook the managers hand a thousand times. I am so grateful for how KIND they were to help me! The whole team! I told them I’d dig thru myself but they had insisted. When I nearly gagged opening the mail in my car, it was a check for $ 1400! I cannot believe I did that, but I also cannot believe how giving and wonderful this company is for people every day and even in wild weird situations like mine. THANK you Chick Fil A. This story will also be sent to the news and to whomever I can to let people know this is an exemplary, wonderful, thoughtful company! I love Chick Fil A! And my day instantly got better seeing how helpful y’all were to this crazy chick here. :)

While we don’t agree with some of the things chick fil a stand for politically … I love the food. This specific on is managed very well. They have devised a clever drive thru routine that really works. They hate the gays but we don’t practice hate. Chicken = delicious

Visited here for lunch, not sure why they have two drive-thru lanes when they all go into one, defeats the purpose IMO. anyway took my order on a mobile device, pulled up and paid. About a 15 minute wait in the line, pretty long, but it was around lunch time. Good chicken with lots of MSG, it’s tasty mmmmmmm.

I always feel like a horrible person when I go purchase their food due to the morals of their company but the chicken is delicious! The staff at this location is very, I mean extremely nice! They have the hospitality speech of «my pleasure» down! I know it might be a policy but they do it right. I’ve never had problems with my food and have never had to take it back! Chicken is good! What can I say?!

I thought I already wrote a review on this place… ok, short and sweet: Went here to try and eat something a little healthier for lunch. Chargrilled chicken wrap was very fresh and tasty. The chicken soup was also quite good. Went back to work and entered the items in MyFitnessPal only to be floored by the sodium content in both of these items. I know… I really wasn’t surprised, just hoping it wouldn’t have been that bad. Overall, this place is fast, service is friendly, and food is delicious. Just don’t expect even the light items to be good for you.

One of the best Chick-fil-As I know of! The differentiating factor between this Chick-fil-A and other Chick-fil-As is the staff! Lunch here was pleasant. I was eating here with my sister who has never had Chick-fil-A before. The staff were patient and helped explain the menu and shakes. Extra Pluses: The place was kept nice and clean! I also appreciate the staff offered my sister some water with her shake and a refill on my drink.(Its the attention to the little details that really makes a difference)!

Oh… Chick-Fil-A I’m going to start my review by only focusing on your food and restaurant. While the chicken here is ok. the portions are so small that I have to order several meals to get full. Sometimes the crust on the chicken is very soggy. I also think the chicken is sort of bland and could use more seasoning. I’m honestly not sure why so many people enjoy eating here. The waffle fries are horrible and way too salty. This place is a constant reminder of why I try to eat local and stay away from corporate chains. Also… The restaurant is closed on Sundays. I don’t know why anyone would turn down business for a whole day but these guys do it. I think it may have something to do with the religion of the owner of the business but honestly I prefer my chicken with no religion involved. These guys however seem to be anti-gay marriage and I keep expecting to see Adam and Eve themed toys in the children’s meals. You can get better chicken at almost any chicken joint in town there is absolutely no reason to eat here. In fact I’d advise you not to eat here at all if you can help it.
