Chris Frickel

Chris Frickel is a wonderful real estate agent. He has recently assisted us in selling our first home and made it as smooth as possible. During the stressful times (because we all know selling a home can be stressful at times), he was right there by our side bringing us coffee gift cards if you can believe it! He answered our dozens of phone calls and text messages without delay and was very patient answering our many questions (we were selling our first home, so we had lots of questions).
You can tell he empathizes with his clients. He seems to really understand what his clients are going through and we could tell that he genuinely cares. Not only that, he is a fighter. He fights for his clients… for their wishes, needs and investments. As if that wasn’t enough, we were able to get 98% of our original asking price which was set at a price above the average in our particular area! We were very pleased abut that to say the least because we had more equity in the home than we thought — and it was thanks to Chris and his determination and hard working attitude.
We would recommend Chris Frickel to any family, friend, neighbor or stranger because I know he would take great care of them. Happy selling and hunting!
