Terrible service do not waste your time at this location. I don’t only have a gold card but I am in Seattle Starbucks knob. When it comes to coffee. I haven’t even tried the coffee yet but the experience and there was terrible and our hotel is just down the street but I will definitely go out of my way to go somewhere else. By the way I thought you had to go to barista school to be a barista at Starbucks. Maybe you guys should initiate some education so that people know what they’re talking about to customers. On any level. From coffee to where the bathroom is. Have some personality, smile because this is customer service and we can go other places. which this customer will.

The parking lot layout is a nightmare. A woman forced her SUV in front of my car, nearly hit me and cut in line at the drive-thru. I told the barista about it, suggesting they put signs outside since there is no side exit and the parking lot layout doesn’t make it easy to find where the drive-thru line begins. She was rude and told me to leave since the lady who cut in line«didn’t hit my car.» Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered, especially from a place that is suppose to be welcoming and friendly. She is a short, very young, and immature barista with short dark hair. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this kind of service and go to Summer Moon or Jo’s coffee instead. I’ll never go back to this location.

Love it here. They always make my caramel macchiato perfect. I even forgot my wallet one time without realizing it until I was already inbetween cars in the drivethrough, and they gave me my drink free. Now that’s customer service! Lol

Don’t waste your time. This is the easiest Starbucks for me to get to on my way to work, but I will actively go out of my way to go to another location. Every single time I’ve been there(easily over a dozen times), they’ve been more concerned with socializing with each other than getting drinks out quickly. I often go into the store when I see how long the drive through line is; only to watch the drive through empty out, fill back up, then empty out again before my drink is ready. They aren’t even polite enough to warrant a pass on their lackadaisical tendencies. Overall, not worth the time wasted.

Ridiculously slow service. Staff is incompetent and completely unorganized. The store is dirty and unkept looking. Don’t use the bathroom. The parking is horrific as well. Never will come back to this location.

bleh. Sloooooooooooooowwwww service. No matter how many cars are in the drive-thru, don’t come here for a drink unless if have 20+ minutes to spare. The layout of the drive-thru and the very limited parking can make it a nightmare at peak times, definitely better to come at off hours if you do need some coffee. Still, I’d suggest trying other places instead.

I go often and grab breakfast for the office. They have the best customer service and it’s just amazing that they make sure the entire order is correct. They are amazing! Big props to you guys! Keep up the great work!

Horrible Location and Equally Bad Service. I went here last week to pick up a couple of pastries for after lunch treat. I had to «create» a parking space near the trash can, hoping nobody would come and open it up while I went inside. Once inside, a «man» with a very high voice kept impatiently shouting at me to take my order while I perused the case of goodies. I finally succumbed to his commands and ordered a lemon pound cake and cream Danish. Totally oblivious to what I was saying as his was more interested in chatting with his male friend he ended up giving me different items that I paid for. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until returning to work but made sure I called the manager to report. She thanked me for the feedback and promised to address it with the individual. Too many other Starbucks locations with PARKING for me to put up with this type of experience all over again.

This location USED to be okay, even tho there’s no drive-thru. But last several times I’ve gone, I’ve encountered rude, short, unfriendly baristas. Mind you, I’ve been a «Gold Member» @ bux for yeaaars now(I’ve got a mild addictin to the Green Tea Frap). I’ve spent $ 100’s of dollars there over the yrs! Tonight, I drove through a flash flood rain storm, got to Starbucks six minutes before they«closed», and The Bruce’s working locked the doors early and wouldn’t let me in, even though it was several minutes before closing. As a gold member, having spent so much of my income there, I expect better customer service!

OK, there’s no parking. And hardly any space for your car to form a line should you go through the drive-thru. And there’s very limited space to sit inside. Employees make a Starbucks and the ones who work here look like they hate their jobs. They’re generally in no rush to make your drink and won’t even give you the faintest smile. Last time I was there, the one barista just took his apron off, got a pastry, and took his break. After a couple of minutes, I flagged someone down and asked«Is anyone making drinks today?» A new one was just opened on Riverside, east of I-35. Much better.

Had to go through the drive thru due to lack of parking. They have a tiny lot with only a few spaces and it’s almost impossible to maneuver with other cars going in and out. The drive thru went pretty fast, all things considered, the barista at the window was very nice, and our order was correct. I think they are building another one nearby to alleviate the congestion.

Finally!!! A Starbucks that gets my drink correctly. Iced caramel latte using the thick caramel SAUCE not caramel SYRUP. Unlike the location at Ben White by Walmart who leaves about an inch of caramel sauce unstirred at the bottom, this location on Oltorf is awesome. Wish I caught the guys name who made it this morning but thanks drive thru guy!!!

There are 5 people working and no line instead. Why is it taking so long to get my drink? It seems they’re only filling the drive thru line.

I use to work at a starbucks in Minnesota and I just soft understand why this one is so slow. I’m just getting a simple drink. I feel like there are better places to spend 15 minutes than a starbucks drive thru

This place really sucks for parking! The location is good and bad. Good point it’s located on the corner of a busy intersection. Bad that their not enough parking space or space in general to maneuver a vehicle at this place when it gets busy. You literally need a ground guide to get you in and out of the parking lot when the drive-thru is busy. Staff is cool but don’t seem to have any social interaction skills or greet you with a smile(like I am happy to work here how I may help you kind of smile). Other than that when it’s not busy it’s a great location to grab a quick cup of expensive joe!

The almost 4 dollar Americano was done in front of my eyes tonight by diluting concentrated iced coffee with hot water to a soup like consistency. I actually caught the barista doing it. I am very disappointed as I drove out of my way to find this location still open late at night.

Another horrible Starbucks with violently dangerous parking. The staff is nice, but ignorant and ill-trained. Consistently they’ll get the order wrong(either they’ll give you whole milk instead of nonfat, or they’ll put sugarless syrup in your latte when you ask for nonfat milk… you know, your typical S’bucks disaster). There are plenty of places to get coffee near the freeway, but this one is especially dangerous. I had someone swerve toward me and swipe my car(just two days ago!) because I had slowed before the freeway entrance to enter the parking lot. An angry, aggressive area is made even anger and more aggressive by this ill-designed, ill-imagined nightmare of a coffee shop. A failure on every level.

This may just be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I will literally go out of my way to avoid this location. The drive thru is horrible and small and even when you go inside it still takes too long to get a drink. I don’t know what the deal is but they suck. If someone where to try Starbucks for the first time at this location they would give up and never try it again. The people are slow the parking is small and when you try to back out of a parking spot and the drive thru is long you have to wait till they move!!! Id rather go to the one in Ben white than this one. It’s much nicer and the people are faster and it’s not cluttered up. Drinks are still good though.

I usually wouldn’t review a chain as ubiquitous as Starbucks, but I am getting increasingly annoyed with this location. Yes, the drive-through is a cluster-f@&k, and it would seem like the quicker thing to do would be to go inside. Which I always do. But this particular Starbucks seems to exist in an alternate realm that has no place for reason, common-sense, or customer service. I don’t know if it’s just the system they have set up but they will always, ALWAYS prioritize the drive-through over customers at the counter. I have been the only customer in the store when there was only one car at the drive-through and still waited forever and a day for my relatively simple drink. Now I get that the drive-through gets off the chain, but there has to be balance. Damn, if McDonald’s has it worked out, why can’t this place? And I could probably overlook this if it wasn’t for the fact that the workers are often just plain rude. Today, again, I was the only customer ordering in the store, NOCARS in the drive-through and no one even acknowledged me until I wondered aloud if anyone wanted to help this customer. There were about five people behind the counter. I am not terribly demanding — a «Someone will be right with you» is enough. But when even *I* am irritated about customer service, you know it sucks. Look, I get that Starbucks is a popular place. And people are jerks. I get that it can be a tough job. But they need to figure out a better drive-through/in-store balance and start being more attentive. Damn those Caramel Light Frappucinos. They’ve got me hooked, otherwise I wouldn’t bother with the ‘Bucks.
