This CiCi’s deserves no stars. I admit, I actually like CiCi’s pizzas and their cheap pizza, so I’m not writing to bash the food. I’m writing this review due to a highly unprofessional negative interaction I had with a manager and employee. I came in with a free buffet coupon for CiCis that my dad had put in my stocking(I was in college and they were much needed!). The cashier told me they didn’t accept them and that it looked fake. I assured her it wasn’t and asked if I could have a manager take a look to see if he’s accepted them before, or at least knows they exist but doesn’t accept them. She had a very ugly response that was something to the effect of ‘I’m not an idiot b**** and we don’t take these’. I was absolutely appalled. I asked to speak to her manager, no longer about the coupon, now about the service. She talked to him in the back and he came up to the front looking furious. He asked why I had yelled at his employee over the matter and that now he surely wouldn’t accept my coupon when he actually may have honored it since they originate from Houston. I was disgusted at this point. I never once spoke to his employer in an ugly manner, nor did I raise my voice. I hadn’t even yelled when she cursed at me! Clearly his employee filled him in on a different story before sending him out to the front, and he never once asked me what actually happened. After being treated this way, I walked out and will never return. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I haven’t gone back since and it’s been two years. It still makes my blood boil, so I needed to write up this review! From what I recall before this incident, the restaurant floors were always covered in food and the tables were left unbussed for 30+ minutes at a time. I can deal with that for a great deal, but I won’t deal with that when management cannot treat customers with respect.

This is by far the worst pizza in Austin, maybe the world. The only reason it rates 1 star is the value. Super cheap, and it tastes like it.

I’ve outgrown many of my childhood eateries, but CiCi’s Pizza is the one restaurant that I’ll forever love. Yea their pizza isn’t gourmet, but you gotta love their Spinach Alfredo and BBQ pizzas. I also love sipping on the Chicken Noodle Soup in between pizzas to cleanse my palate. The best way to finish at CiCi’s is to eat the brownie dessert(depending if they make it well that day). Advice: If you go right before closing time, they sometimes let you take all the leftover pizzas in a takeout box. Also, fill out the survey on the back of the receipt for a $ 3.99 buffet on your next visit.

If I could give no stars I would. If I could shut a restaurant down, this one would be the first. I now understand why every time I just so happen to be by this location it is never busy. We don’t eat at places like Cici’s very often but seeing as we wanted too much pizza and for really cheap, this was our choice. Where do I begin?! The floors had food all over them. Not an exaggeration. It was like walking through a mine field. The staff– what the F are you doing?! Playing chase with each other in the kitchen, screaming, running into customers and giving dirty looks to us because you were walking your ghetto ass backwards in the dining room? The buffet line– NO steam coming out of the hot wells, cold pizza, food thrown around everywhere there as well. Alfredo sauce had so much crusted build up around the edge of the pan and it was yellow and disgusting. The tongs for the cinnamon rolls… Wait are those tongs? I couldn’t tell because there was so much gunk on the pincher part that it had formed balls of sugary disgusting dough around it. I have never been in a restaurant this disgusting. This must be a joke right? Jokes on us?! Please tell me THISIS A JOKE?!

Ick! For over $ 8, that was gross :(Buffet had very low quality pizza — I have had etter pizza that was frozen from the grocery. The salad bar was sad — everything came out of a can/jar, but the wilted/abused lettuce. I will definitely not be back :(

they are ok pizzas. not very fluffy, mainly thin crusts, but looks like it and tastes(with all it’s mighty greasiness) like a pizza. gotta give it a three stars, 1 because they are very friendly behind the counter and try to always keep you happy, plus! they do personalize some of their pizzas or slices as you want it. 2. their spinach pizza is just simply awesome! if you dont try anything else, must try this, in and out. nice. 3.they have wings now, they are mild, spicy or bbq. they are not the best thing, but another option.

I haven’t found anyone else yet who feels the same way as me, but man oh man do I love Macaroni & Cheese pizza! Thank you, Cici’s, for inventing it! Otherwise, it’s you know, cheap pizza. The staff at this Cici’s, while the clientele isn’t the most well-mannered, is nonetheless extremely polite. They are seriously great.

OOOooWeee! This review has so much potential for getting in trouble! First of all, if my wife discovers I ate here when she was out of town with the kids, I’ll get fussed at. OK, more than fussed at. I’ll be in serious trouble. We’re talking withholding of marital favors, even! On top of that, I’ll have to expend so much energy not to make disparaging comments about my fellow eaters. Seriously. I tried to go after the rush — like 1:30 on a Saturday — thinking that I’d miss the screaming kids sneezing on the buffet(below the sneeze guard, of course), the grandmas gumming their pizza with open mouths, and skeezy teenagers trying to hit on one another. I was wrong. THEY’REALLOVER!!! On the other hand, assuming you can make your way through the mad rush of elbows and running children, the employees at this Cici’s are really swell. If they run out of a certain type of pizza, they’ll bring you some next time one comes out of the oven. They hop to it to keep the tables clean, the bar stocked and smiles on their faces. The pizza’s alright, too.
