As I see another review on this establishment was identical to my experience, this makes me wonder how this company has managed to stay in business.
I went in to purchase a used T-​Mobile smartphone from this store, which by the way was advertised as «520 Wireless» and everything seemed legitimate. I paid in cash, signed a receipt filled out completely and left the store. Once I returned home to insert my SIM card, the phone had nothing but problems. I contacted the owner the next day to describe problem. He told me there is a known problem and to call T-​Mobile tech support and to let them know there is a known problem and they can fix for me. I did just that, contact T-​Mobile and went through a week of waiting on them to look into. In the end, they told me they have corrected the problem and told me the device is most likely faulty. I contacted this place and he agreed to look at the device. I requested a substitute or refund. When I took phone back, he was adamant about looking into the problem before making a decision on refunding my money. I foolishly and reluctantly agreed and left the phone with him. The next day, he dodged my calls, told me he’d call me back in a couple of hours when I finally got ahold of him then when I began to tell him how much I didn’t appreciate the customer service he hung up on me! Then when I spoke to him again I told him I wanted my F’ING money back. He said FU and hung up on me again! Had to file a police report as he still has my money and useless device I purchased from him. THIEF, LIAR, AND CHEAT. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Obnoxious and unprofessional… the owner received a tablet from me to fix and that’s when the delays and obsurd excuses started… after two months of hearing that the part he ordered wasn’t the right one… I had enough.
I went to pick up the tablet and he wouldn’t give it to me. I had to contact the police to get it back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
