Eric is very knowledgeable and I trust him a lot. He has helped me many times, either with diagnosing and fixing different computers, and also by providing valuable information. Thanks to him, I was able to know that my MacBook Pro issue was subject to a recall from Apple. He suggested a better external HD to use as a Time Machine, backed up my data on the HD and advised me to go to the Apple Store again, since the first time they were not able to spot the issue correctly and were going to charge me for the service. Because of that, I was able to have my computer fixed by Apple for free, and just paid for Eric’s data backup service, which were very fairly priced compared to other places. I highly recommend Eric’s and EMAX’s services! It’s like going to a great doctor to correctly diagnose and heal your loving machines!

Really great service. I brought in a non-​functioning desktop, prepared for the worst and left with a better (newer) PC and all my settings/​data installed and intact. All this for less than I expected to pay on the repair itself. So happy with the results. Eric booted up the broken PC in front of me, and ran his diagnostic while walking me through all the steps — a very honest, transparent process. If you’re having any issues — desktop, laptop Mac or PC — stop by for a good deal, pleasant service and quick turn around time. You won’t regret it!

I have had Emax repair my computers several times. Each time, the repairs have been made quickly and expertly. The cost is absolutely very fair in my book. Heck, half the time I have to argue with Eric to take any money at all.

If you need great, fast, and honest service this is where you need to go to have you computer serviced. Eric ran a 24 hour diagnostic on my boyfriends computer and determined it was not a hardware issue. He informed him that he would install any hardware needed; that he was confident with the diagnostic results. We plan on going back and I will purchasing my gaming laptop for travel from him.

Thank you, Emax! We’d delayed getting our laptop issue diagnosed, as the cost of just checking it out was pretty expensive at other places. We figured, why spend that only to be told the laptop is fried? :-) Eric provides a free five minute diagnoses, and he was able to diagnose our problem in those five minutes. He also REPAIRED it for less than the price we’d been quoted for simple diagnostic from two other places. My hero! All computer needs go here from now on.

I FREAKING LOVE ERIC! Eric is a expert in fixing computers, he’s like the guru of guru in PC/​laptop repair&building. Price are reasonable and fairly cheap (trust me. i know. Im a college student). He’s so kind and has the patience to explain to the customers everything they need to know. This place is honest, no bs, and that’s why i love this place. I came here twice to get my PC fixed, and it was a great experience. He also sells stock keyboards, monitors, laptop charges, cables, video cards, ram, blah blah blahz. and PC. Also This place is conveniently located next to Fry’s Electronics, so if you need a part that Eric requires, just run to Fry’s and get it! This guy is the real deal…

After having negative experiences with both Best Buy and others in solving a malicious, nasty McAfee /​Windows 7 bug, I turned to EMAX. Mr. Anderson, who works there, is an earnest, serious young man with some serious technical skills in solving virus, malware, and general Microsoft Windows disasters. He’s friendly, and his services are cost-​effective. Highly recommended.
