Shanon is great at staining concrete and getting it to look awesome BUT he’s he’s not the best businessman.
Sometimes the crew showed up late (hours late), sometimes they didn’t show up at all. Add to that petty arguments about moving furniture and payment and I’m not sure if I’d rate this outfit the best in town.
All in all, the floors looked awesome when it was done but I’d be sure to negotiate EVERYTHING that Shanon and crew are responsible for before they start.
