Congress Square Apartments

This location is such a hidden gem. The maintenance work is always very prompt when requested and they are always on top of things. The new manager, Jennifer is great, super friendly and self motivated. She’s always trying to start new initiatives to improve the complex, like organizing residence events, installing new upgrades like fences and dog poop stations, credit card laundry systems etc. I can’t wait to see what else she comes up with :)

I lived here for five years and it is absolutely the best place to live in Austin. It is a small apartment complex, and surprisingly enough, it’s pretty diverse. You have all ages and types living here. In fact, there are many long-​term residents. The apartments are all in really great condition and the maintenance staff (Juan and Bernabe) are friendly and efficient. Faryl, the apartment manager, has been here for years and is just a LOT of fun and also really timely and open to your needs. Any time we needed a repair or help, they responded promptly.
The rent is also dirt cheap. We were paying $ 750 a month for a one bedroom apartment overlooking the creek; that is UNHEARD of in this neighborhood. The location just can’t be beat; you are close to all the bus lines, restaurants, bars, a corner store. It really is great.
We ultimately moved out only because we got a dog and we decided a backyard would be best for him. But I seriously loved the five years I spent here, and if you’re lucky enough to get in, then do it!
