FANTASTIC LOCATION… and the units that HAVE been upgraded with nice floors and kitchens are WAY better than those that have not… thats about all I can say positively about these apartments… If you’re on the bottom floor, expect rain to come in under your door… like a small flood… if you’re on the western facing side expect SCORCHING summer sun and SKYROCKETING electricity bills, as well as a nightly mariachi serenade from the mexican joint across the street… the laundry machines are old, nasty, and normally broken… the tiny «lawn» area out back is always COVERED in dog shit… and the parking lot is in SERIOUS need of resurfacing, several of the parking spots are really only accessible to 4×4’s… I don’t know anything about the units on the left, they are older and slightly different… I DID enjoy unit 104… in spite of the flooding when it rained… but overall not such a great place.

Cool vibe, cool people, no frills but not a lot of negatives. I really enjoyed how close it was to the downtown goings on. The property management was relatively quick to respond to any issues we had (and trust me this isn’t always the case with apartments around here). All in all I was pretty pleased living there.
