Cornucopia was our second trailer stop on S. Congress today. Had it been our first I could have easily made a meal out of Popcorn and Snow Cones. They had several upside down jars set up for sampling the different popcorn flavors. My favorite was the Dill Pickle — it was too salty for my friend — but I loved the salty vinegar flavor. My friend LOVED the caramel that I thought was too sweet. The guy working the trailer said that their shop on the Drag had lots more flavors and that even the fruity colored flavors were all natural with no artificial anything.
It was so hot out we ended up just getting snow cones; but, now I definitely want to go to their store on the Drag to sample more of the flavors.
My friend had the Tequila Sunrise Snow Cone that had her swearing «Damn next time I’m bringing a flask!». I had the sugar free Tiger’s Blood and what a delicious guiltless treat! «Damn, that flask is a great idea!» At only 2.50 I had a hard time finishing my entire snow cone due to brain freeze. Bonus point for them offering the dogs a free flavor free cone.
I really want to minus a star for styrofoam cups and even suggested that they use a compostable paper cup. But, they get to keep it for the guys friendly response of «great idea».
