I wish I could give more than five stars. For starters, my husband went in for a cleaning a couple months ago & just raved about Dr. Cox.
I have a fear of going to the dentist & usually wait until it’s too late. I had a awful toothache today & called to see if they could get me in sometime soon. They told me to come as soon as possible and they would see me. I was shocked! So, I rushed over & I couldn’t have been happier. (even with the results of a root canal) They made me feel so welcome & comfortable. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Cox referred me to a specialist who told me to come on over for my root canal (the same day!). I will post another review on South Austin Microendodontics also. I couldn’t have been more pleased! They did more than I could ever ask for.
If you need to find a dentist– take my word for it! I highly suggest this place!

I LOVE Dr. Cox and his entire staff! My family and I have been going to Dr. Cox for almost a decade and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. When I first moved to Austin, I tried a «fancy» dentist’s office with many young dentists who had dollar signs in their eyes. They told me I needed to redo my entire mouth of dental work! I was mortified, then found Dr. Cox. During my first visit with him, he told me that my previous dental work was FINE and I needed no work done. Since then, I have been going twice a year for cleanings and STILL haven’t needed any additional procedures! The point of this story is not to brag about my incredible oral hygiene, but to prove the fact that Dr. Cox is honest, truthful, and NOT out to make money by doing unnecessary work. I love his confident, casual demeanor!
I also love the front desk associate (Tammy) and the hygienists! They are always friendly and interested. The hygienists keeps notes about me in my file so they always ask for updates on my noted hobbies, work, and family. I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his practice!

This has been my dentist over 10 years. He is trustworthy, does great work, and won’t rip you off.

Danny Cox has been my dentist for several years, and he’s far and away the best dentist I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve been to quite a few over the last several decades. He’s professional, sensitive, and really knows his stuff. He’s a great guy with great staff. They’ve always been very congenial and helpful.

I HATE the dentist but I broke a tooth and had to go. I was literally in tears before the drilling ever began but there was absolutely no need for crying. They’re all so compassionate and nice and Dr. Cox made it completely pain free! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great affordable care!

Dr. Cox is the best dentist I’ve had since moving to Austin 15 years ago. I’ve been seeing him for the last 5 or 6 years. He is friendly, quick, and puts you completely at ease. I’ve always had great cleanings from his assistants, but today I had the best cleaning I’ve ever had in my life from Martina, who is new there. She caused me absolutely zero pain. I think I can say that I will finally no longer dread going to the dentist and put that life-​long fear of being in the chair to rest. Whoo-​hoo!
