Crown Trophy

Wow!!! What an unprofessional guy is CHARLIE, who claims him as Crown Trophy store Manager at Brodie.
I signed up Unilocal just to write this review to save others ass if you look for professionals at this store.
I did not get the ordered trophy and got the wrong size (smaller one) past due date which they pushed me to buy. Again i waited for the right size and i gave a call as there was no update on the mentioned date.
This time i came to know that trophy is still not ready to pickup due to delivery issues and was not even apologetic even after back to back delays in the mentioned date.
CHARLIE did not keep up his words on the substitute cup due to the back to back delays in my orders and he dealt this situation in most unprofessional way i have ever experienced which prompted me to write this review against this store.
Its better to order it online rather than going to this unprofessional store.

Wow! What a wonderful business! My son is in tee ball and they don’t give out trophies in the fall so I wanted to get him one! I found this place online and didn’t know if they would be able to help; but I decided to show up and see. I walked in and was greeted and helped immediately! I told him what I needed and they had something even better! Then they were even able to engrave my son’s name and team name in the same day! I am very impressed with the customer service and speedy service. It also didn’t cost an arm and leg! I am totally thrilled and can’t wait to give the trophy to by boy! Thank you Crown Trophy!

I have done business with Crown twice & both times they were EXCELLENT!!! They are easy to communicate with & they make it as easy as possible to get you what you want. I will continue to do business with them every year… since my daughter plays sports this will be my go to place! Thanks for the great work!

Excellent experience! Went in to engrave a small plate for a trophy and called 15 minutes prior to close and the stayed open 15 minutes late to accommodate and I was very happy with their final product.

These guys are amazing. I needed a customized trophy at the last minute for an event the same day. They helped me select it and then had it engraved and ready to go within 2 hours of the order being placed. When I arrived I realized I had made a mistake in the wording on the trophy. They re-​engraved it within 15 minutes. When I insisted upon paying for the correction, they refused. Incredible service.

I have not had very good luck with costumer service. They do have good products though. The parking lot is less than to be desired.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I stopped in today to pick up some trophies for a teambuilding event. Of course, I waited till the last minute. The staff was super helpful and were able to complete my order of 4 trophies while I waited. The prices were great for what I needed. And the prices included personalization/​engraving! Give these people a chance! You won’t be sorry.

Good pricing, courteous staff. Always helpful. They’ve made a few errors here and there but have always been willing to work it out!

These guys are the best and I wish I could give them 10 stars! I needed 74 different trophies with individual engravings on each and I needed them in 36 hours. I assumed this was an impossible task but they didn’t bat an eye. Shay couldn’t have been easier to work with and all the other employees were extremely helpful with my complicated request.

I have been working with them for around 5 years and my non-​profit organization used them before I came along. Demetri (sp?) has always taken care of me and gets things done fast. He also has good prices.

I placed what I thought was a pretty substantial order (over $ 700) on behalf of a professional organization I belong to. It felt like pulling teeth to get information I wanted to assure myself that the order was going to get done the way I needed it, and communication was very bare-​bones and not exactly warm. They kept telling me they’d get me info by a certain time (invoice, proofs, confirmation that payment had been received, etc.), and it was invariably late — and I frequently had to ask for things more than once, which made me feel naggy and annoying. I’ll admit that I was a little type A about this project because I had a short turnaround time and didn’t have any room for error, but still. I did not feel like anyone here was enthusiastic about having my business at all.
In short, the end product turned out very nice, but it took more effort than I wanted to get there.

I needed a bowling trophy for my husband’s surprise birthday bowling party. And of course, I waited until the last minute to remember this, literally on the way home on Friday afternoon… for a party on Friday night. Luckily, I remembered that I had seen Crown Trophy on Brodie so I gave them a call. They said that the could sell me something off of the show wall, no problem. When I went in, they didn’t have a bowling trophy with a male bowler, but they quickly put one together for me. Couldn’t have been an easier purchase. More than I deserved for my major procrastination!
