I’ve tried several cryotherapy studios in the Austin, lakeway area. This particular place gets my vote !! Very, very knowledgable and answers every question. Derek is very passionate and energetic, I get a positive vibe as soon as I walk in the door ! First session I felt at home within the first 5 minutes … It really shows when someone is into their line of work. I can text him to schedule or re-​schedule … Just so convenient, I can’t say enough about the place ! Go check it out, don’t be nervous !! It’s amazing !! And so is cryostudio !!! The best !! I had my first ever cryo experience at this place just recently. The staff was knowledgable and very informative. Place was clean, simple and quick. I felt better and less sore and will definitely be returning here.

Amazing Service. Location has a really nice cozy & simple setup to it. Really Clean! Enjoyable Music. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re having any kind of pain on your body because you play or have played sports or just because mother nature reminds you that you’re getting old. I do feel more energized after every session, increase my metabolism & heals my soreness from playing soccer & tennis. It only takes about 5 minutes of your day & CryoStudio is super flexible about your scheduling. Two Thumbs Up!

I have had six visits. Today I walked 4 miles with no pain in my calves. This is the first time in 12 years. I am a believer in the treatment and look forward to the 5 minute process once a week for the considerable future.

I scheduled an appt, drove from round rock to the location on a Saturday morning and about 5 minutes after i get there the guy tells me that the machine needed to be refilled with nitrogen. I say ok he replies with it could take 1 to 4 hours… What? dont you check that in the evenings before you have appointments show up? He advised me and my wife to go have some breakfast and check back in an hr. I did check back after an hr and nothing so I cancelled, never received a phone call apologizing for the inconvenience or even to reschedule. Wow, no follow ups for clients is a recipe for disaster for any business especially one that relies on word of mouth in an the fitness and athletic world which happens to be my world.

LOVED IT. Went to CryoStudio of Austin yesterday for a cryo facial. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Office is clean and comfortable. This morning my face is smoother and my pores are smaller. YAY. I plan to buy a package and continue to see results. Mallory is great and the facial experience itself is pleasant and relaxing.

My husband and I are new clients to CryoStudio and love it! Derek is extremely knowledgeable and can answer every single question you may have about this procedure/​technique/​therapy. Cryotherapy has so many different uses and benefits, I can’t wait to see the long term results. (Let me just say, that I am cold in normal air conditioning in the dead heat of summer — I HATE being cold, but jumped into this full on). Yes — you are going to be cold. Really cold. But it’s only for a 2 – 3 minutes tops. (And no, your nipples don’t freeze and fall off, even if they feel like it!)
I highly recommend checking this out — it might just be the miracle that you have been looking for. Come on — the FDA hasn’t approved it — you KNOW it has to be good! The NFL, NBA, college basketball and football teams and other professional and college sports use these — including my brother-​in-​law who coaches for Arkansas football. They swear by it. i cannot express how pleased I am with this service. I have struggled with my weight for years and have never really been able to make much of a dent despite everything I have tried, but within a month and a half I lost 3 inches off of my waist. Not that that isn’t awesome enough, but my back pain and knee pain have both subsided since the therapy. My skin has a glow now that I have not had in years. I literally feel ten years younger. I also have had problems sleeping since i was a child, but I literally sleep like a baby now. I feel more clear headed and more positive in general and I feel so much stronger when I work out now. I’m telling you this thing is the real deal. The owners have also been fantastic and I really feel like they really have my best interest at heart 100%. Do yourself a favor and try it. I love this place!!!

I am a believer! I have had about 15 sessions at the CryoStudio and I feel great! Just today, I walked in sore, hurting and could barely walk from my CrossFit workout the day before, one session later I feel amazing! No sore muscles. My son goes to help with his Football performance and recovery. It has made a huge difference for him and his inflammation areas! Love the CryoStudio. Stop looking at the 5 star reviews and call them now!

Cryotherapy is amazing-​I play tennis and thought the chronic pain and inflammation was something I just had to live with… Cryotherapy is a game changer! I feel totally energized and clear, can’t imagine being without it.
