This is a great class! I’ve been going for about a year and I’ve really enjoyed it. The thing I like best about this class is that you can work at your own pace. In fact, you are encouraged to NOT kill yourself. Coy is great about custom tailoring a work out for those suffering from various muscle issues on the fly and all the people that go to this class are really helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to get serious about getting off the couch and into a routine work out.
