We were initially ok with this place while Dr. Johnson was around. Because of him our son was not scared of going to the dentist. He would let our son be his helper while he cleaned my husband’s teeth. After he left, we are not happy with the new female dentist. My son at that time was 6 already and needed 2 teeth pulled. The new dentist didn’t numb him enough and pulled a tooth. He was screaming and crying in pain. The dentist said he cried because of the pressure he felt and it’s not the pain. As a mother I can differentiate my son’s real pain and fear. I stopped them from pulling another tooth. A week later I sent my son to another clinic and he didn’t even realize his tooth was pulled already. That is how a child should experience tooth extract. Not screaming in pain.
Other pros are: old equipment, old building, stain on the ceiling, Unreliable blood pressure measurement. The nurse read my blood pressure so low causing me to panic. Went to the pharmacy to measure again and it’s normal. My husband had the same experience too. I personally had no experience dealing with Dr. Dang but one thing for sure is that I can barely understand him due to strong Vietnamese accent.
Cons: ease of appointment. Can book appointment for the whole family. Have weekend hours. Staffs are friendly.
