I still doubt that you can get a really good cheese steak west of Chester County, Pennsylvania, but this was pretty good. Everything was made fresh. And having lived in Delaware, I couldn’t resist the name.

BREAKFASTALLDAY?! Yes please! This place serves sandwiches old school, grill style. There are no frills and no thrills, just good food and cheap prices! I always order the Italian Sausage and Egg($ 2.25): Grilled Italian sausage and egg served with peppers and melted American cheese Another favorite is the Italian Gourmet($ 7.95): Genoa Salami, Capicolla Ham, Prosciuttini Ham, Ham & Provolone

THEBEST subs in austin! Have been coming here ever since I was a kid, and when the original location by Wells Fargo in Oak Hill went away I was so sad for years. But the new location opened back up and ALLISGOOD. Just like I remember! The Italian BMT is to die for. Turkey is fantastic too! Extra sweet peppers is the way to go. Love you guys, Keep it up!

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Very efficient. I come at least twice a week on my work break. Excellent subs!

Other than serving up the best Philly in Central Texas… They have an amazing Italian Sausage available only on Fridays, as well as their chicken philly! If cold subs is your thing, then try the Italian! Or gourmet! I have eaten hundreds if not thousands of subs from Delaware subs growing up in this city, and I will never stop! P. S. Forget footlong sandwiches! It’s all about the 14″ that Delaware serves up! And to top it off they serve Miss Vickies chips! A must when it comes to sandwiches!!!

So disappointed in our experience this evening. We ordered two Phillys for take out and both orders were completely wrong when we got home. We asked for no ketchup on one and sure enough it was slathered in ketchup and there were no mushrooms as there should have been.(Ketchup on a Philly by default anyway, really??) Then the other should have had no mushrooms and yep, mushrooms. What makes it worse is when we called to share feedback the young guy who answered said, «Uh…». Dear management: please work on customer service and execution. Thanks.

Best Philly cheesesteaks in Austin. So happy they opened back up in Oak Hill. Parking is a little tight, but worth supporting this local business. Please never leave us again. I would recommend a fountain machine instead of individual sodas.

The sandwiches here are excellent. Fresh made to order and the portion sizes are great for the money. They advertise the 7″ as a small but it’s definitely a good size, enough for a hearty lunch for one. The real star of the show however are the breakfast sandwiches here. Some of the best I’ve ever had. They serve them from open to close and they’re less than $ 3! They’re a bit smaller than their regular sandwiches but they’re cheap, filling, and delicious. The Italian sausage and egg sandwich was perfectly cooked with generous portions of Italian sausage, a runny egg, grilled peppers and melted cheese. Seriously for $ 2.95 I immediately went back and ordered 2 more to save for later. Truly amazing all around.

I feel as if my dining option of sub sandwiches has been completely rekindled. I’ve had just about every brand of sub throughout Austin from Tucci’s to Thundercloud to Firehouse to some of the other local spots. Nothing has completely blown me away the way the sandwiches here have. I’ve experienced generally enjoyable, mostly standard subs, but trying out Delaware sub’s was a real treat. After walking in and watching the build out of my sub, it was immediately apparent that the majority of their costs go directly in to the quality of their food. No flashy advertising, just absolutely delicious quality subs! The meat was definitely of a higher quality, and the sandwich as a whole was very balanced between the vegetables, spices, and varieties of delicately placed meats. I genuinely was quite surprised by this shop and am excited by such a find. If this isn’t a go to sub stop for you then it should be!

Stopped in with my girlfriend for lunch. Never knew this place was here until I saw their sign holding guy on 71. Really like this place. Staff was friendly, had the chicken cheesesteak and it was excellent. The large sandwiches are huge! I couldn’t finish it, getting regular size next time. Definitely recommend!
