Dynamic Reprographics

Dynamic was so incredible to work with for our wedding invitations (shout out to Colleen and Mary). They were very patient with my many, many questions and file changes. The convenience of working with a local printer and affordable prices made Dynamic such an easy choice over online shops like Wedding Paper Divas. The printed invites are gorgeous and I’ve received many compliments. I’ll definitely be back for Thank You card printing and all other future printing needs!

Dynamic Reprographics is one of those «one in a million» type of businesses. You could travel up and down throughout the entire country, and you would be hard-​pressed to find a company with such amazing dedication to your individual needs, unrivaled customer service, true professionalism, unbridled passion for their work, and high-​quality results.

This is the most wonderful company I’ve ever worked with. They’ve bent over backwards multiple times to help me get an order done in a time crunch.
I’ve gotten all of my art prints done here since 2012, and the vibrancy and quality of the prints is the main reason I’ve been able to make my art business my full time job. I’m constantly getting praise over how nice my work looks, and it’s all because of Dynamic Reprographics!
I can’t speak highly enough… I wouldn’t get my work printed anywhere else.

I’m pretty sure most people don’t go to Dynamic to print their wedding invitations… But THEY SHOULD! I am so impressed with the high quality print job, excellent customer service, and prompt response to jobs. They had my wedding invitations done NEXT DAY. They will even go out of their way to print proofs, and they have a super easy online job submission form. Thank you to Josh and the rest of the color department for handling my wedding invitations with care! I recommend this place without a doubt.

I have used this company a few times now for printing large home plans for the company I work for. They are very quick with a quality product. I just shoot in an email stating what I need and they quickly respond letting you know that they received the order. Once your order is ready they give you a call to pick up or do delivery in the Austin area.

I went Dynamic to print my portfolio to apply for grad school. Initially, I planned on going to Kinkos bc I didn’t know any better, but then a friend suggested I look into reprographics places. Out of all the places I called, Dynamic seemed to have the best value and was the most welcoming – other places didn’t have the time for some aspiring grad student with just one little 25-​page print job, nor the patience for my lack of printing knowledge (crop marks? CMYK? RGB?). Keven and Cat were the two individuals who I worked with. They are professional, personable, skilled at what they do, and very very patient :) They understood all the hard work I put into the portfolio before it got to them and the importance of it for my professional career. That level of empathy and respect means a lot to me and the portfolio came out just how I wanted it. Since then, I’ve entrusted Dynamic with other print jobs and they came through consistently. Good selection of paper/​options and short lead times. I was up against the application deadline and they were very accommodating. Thanks, Keven and Cat! and btw, I got accepted. I’m not sure I could have gotten it done without their help.

The customer service has greatly improved since my first experience. I am happy as a clam and my prints look great. Everything was prompt and Jason rocks, thanks yall for the change!

These guys have really got to get there shit together. I’ve been using them steadily for years and i’ve never seen a drop in service like I have the past 6 months. Perhaps it’s the new location or maybe they just don’t care about the business of small guys who only give them $ 1000/​month. Who knows but it’s getting really bad.
Today I went in and they charged me almost $ 5.00 for one 11×17 color copy. When I asked why, they said they had a minimum charge. WTF? Ok, well what is this minimum so I can know to take my business elsewhere if it is even close. $ 3.75.
Ok… so they charged me an additional $ 1.50 for the copy on top of the $ 3.75. The answer I got was… «processing». This wasn’t delivered, i picked it up folks. And why didn’t they confirm with me by phone when I called in a $ 5 copy. CRAP, not like I can bill that to a client. My invoice would be laughed off the desk, but the guy behind the counter had a smug little smile.
There are 4 – 5 good repro houses in town. Ridgeways, Millers, Burks and now Thomas. If these guys are going to keep their head in the sand, they should expect to loose some business.

These guys are fast, professional and most of them are attractive and friendly.
Their prices are comparable to some of the other big plot shops but they answer your questions and don’t make you feel like a tool for asking them. They aren’t the cheapest in town but if there’s one thing I learned in life: Fast, Cheap and Good– pick two.
I love their new location it is much easier to get in and out of.
Minus one star because sometimes they are having a cool kids club moment to themselves but loud that is a little awkward. Mostly I’m just jealous because they didn’t invite me to be a part of their ‘club’.

Has this business closed? I noticed today that there are guys painting over one of the most beautiful murals in Austin on the side of that building. And brown. How awful. This is a shame. I am going to cry.

The price quoted me was very reasonable — in fact, the cheapest from among the 10 shops that I called in the local Austin area. Sure, it cost more than online — but due to issues with our venue location being subject to change, we had no option but to go with a local shop in order to get it on time.
We ordered 4500 ticket-​sized, ⁴⁄₄ (double-​sided full color) flyers, as well as 750 larger tri-​fold brochures, and they came out very nicely. They were willing to order a particular type of paper that they didn’t have on hand, to meet my desired specs (a full gloss 80# cover stock for the flyers). In addition, they have FREE DELIVERY and worked really hard to get us one-​day turnarounds on the orders (we ordered piecemeal as we found ourselves running out — initial order of 2500, another of 1500, and a final one of 500 on the flyers). Getting the digital proofs to them was easy as well — as any reputable print shop should, they have a quick and easy to use ftp site set up for large uploads. I have to mention again that they were really prompt on email replies and good at making sure they had my orders correct.
All in all a great experience and most importantly, we had the publication materials when we needed them. We’ll most likely go with them next year too.
