If I could give 0 starts I would. I was given this repair center’s # by Sanyo for a warranty repair. I called this place so many times and got absolutely no answer. They don’t even have a professional voicemail. Their business loss, not mine.

They serviced my LCDTV from Sam’s Club. Based on some other reviews here, I was concerned, but I had a good experience. They were prompt at calling me back, were flexible with scheduling, and called when they were on their way. They showed up on time, were quick to fix the TV, and overall, I was very pleased with the service and it’s great to have my TV working again!

The day your flat screen television goes out can feel like you’ve been punched in the stomach. Fear not my fellow Austinites — there is actually someone in town that can make that tummy ache go away. I recently took my Phillips television to the guys over at ET down south and had an amazing experience. They not only kept me updated on the process but came in under the original quoted price and time of completion! Who in this day in age does that? They ordered the manufacturers part(that was hard to find, even online) and went the extra mile by showing me exactly how much they paid for it. The team over at ET Television is honest and they will stand by their word. They will ensure you are completely satisfied and will make you feel like you are working with pros. They are truly«Electronic Gurus»! Thanks a million ET!

We purchased an LCDTV from Sam’s. This TV has ‘gone out’ so I called the Service Rep at Sam’s and was registered, and was given a promise that ET Television would show up today between 8am-Noon. It’s 4:30, nobody has come by or phoned with a status. I called them and it sounds like it a garage operation. They guy that answered would not tell me what his position at the ‘company’ is. I will never recomment this ‘shop’ to anyone, and Sam’s is about to get an earful!
