I am currently working with Bree through personal training and am very impressed so far. The studios are very comfortable and intimate, and the training is customized for me. I like that she is working out with me, there are flexible hours, and a practice of reviewing my nutrition as an evolving improvement. That is much better for me than trying to be completely healthy all the time. I tend to go overboard with new workouts and diet plans, so this is much more practical for my long term success.
