Glen has inspected three houses for my husband and me in the past 7 years in addition to one for my mom (who is a realtor) and one for my brother. He was direct and made sure we understood everything about his inspections. I love that he gave us levels of importance as well as other things we want to fix but would not be the responsibility of the home builder. We all couldn’t be happier with his work and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs an inspector.

Glen was great! I had him out for a one year inspection on my townhouse. Not only did he find that the builders had covered a heating/​AC vent with drywall, but he also is helping to get another problem with the damper fixed. He went above and beyond to help me communicate the issue with the builder, even offering to go to the next level of supervision with the builder if the problem is not addressed correctly.
