It has admittedly been awhile since I have had a massage, and it was long overdue. I cannot tell you how elated I am to have found this place. Very reasonably priced and extremely convenient. Above all else, Marissa is what makes this a place I will come back to as often as I can. She gave me hands down the best deep tissue massage I have ever had, and I am counting down the days already until the next session.

Exceeded expectations! I had read reviews so decided to buy a Groupon and try out Elements Massage. Making an appointment was very easy. I was greeted by two welcoming front office staff; Brittany provided us with a few easy forms to fill out and offered water while I waited(only about 5mins). The establishment is very clean and has a calming vibe about it. India was my massage therapist and I will be returning. India informed me that the music and lighting could be adjusted based on preference, another plus. She worked wonders on my targeted areas I had chosen. India provided a customized massage that I can say left my whole body feeling renewed! India didn’t talk during the massage which I really appreciated as I wanted to relax from a long week. I will most likely sign up for their membership as it’s worth it!

Absolute scam! please avoid. Customer support is pushy to add more services/fees and the massages are mediocre at best.

I’ve gotten a few massages before but it never felt like it truly helped but after getting a massage from Robin I won’t go anywhere else. Robin is extremely good at what she does, a massage shouldn’t just be relaxing but also healing and she did just that.

There is something about the music there that really sets the tone for the massage. Of course a friendly staff helps but so does a comfortable waiting area with a bubbling water fountain that starts the relaxation process. Each therapist greets you and escorts you to the room. At that point, if they do not already know what ails you, simply let them know and select the type of massage you want. I opt for deep tissue. The rooms are lightly decorated and have furnishings to hang your clothes or drape them over a leather chair. Each table can be warmed up if so desire, and can be adjusted to make it easier to hop on. Music plays through out the place so there is always sound to enhance your experience.

I went in because I bought a Living Social deal. Scott was my therapist and was really great. He listened to what I needed and helped me to feel better. I ended up signing up for a monthly massage and have started seeing Pam. She is incredible! I am a runner and she helps so much with the aches and pains. I love that the owner is always there, they offer water and chocolates. Go see Pam, but don’t take my appointment slot

I had the pleasure of working with Mindy for some low back issues I have been having for a while now and she did not disappoint. She is very experienced and knew exactly what to do for my aches and pains. I would not hesitate to go back here and I would highly recommend anyone who is new to massage or a veteran of massage to come here for an amazing experience.

Jennifer was AMAZING. I had pulled a muscle in my back and the entire right side was a mess and painful. She worked it all out, and then went the extra mile by asking me to stay a little longer so that she could put IcyHot and ice packs on it for 15 minutes. As I was leaving, she gave me specific instructions to take a bath in Epson salt and loaded me up with three water bottles and strongly suggested I drink all of that water and then some. I followed her direction and next day was pain-free and only mildly sore from the deep tissue work she did. Have been to the most expensive of spas for massages and Jennifer at Elements completely topped any experience I’ve had elsewhere. Thank you Jennifer!

Calling to ask questions and make an appointment was very difficult and the person answering the phone was rude and unprofessional. I can’t imagine going in there and paying someone to give me the same treatment I received the 3 different times in the past week I have called to set up an appointment.

I upgraded this slightly after receiving a personal call from the manager regarding the continued billing after I cancelled my membership-which I did appreciate. Will possibly update again when the charges made to my card are reversed as reflected by the bank-which can take seven days.

Jade was really great. She understands the body and how to properly ease tension from muscles. She is very professional and sweet natured. I would highly recommend her. Spa pricing is a bit steep if you don’t buy membership.

Had a great massage at Elements yesterday. Loved the one hour massage. Very peaceful and relaxing massage. Arrive a few minutes early and relax. Unwind and leave your cares behind.

One of the best massages I have received in a very long time. It was truly relaxing and comforting for my worked up muscles. I will definitely recommend this place for folks who work out on a regular basis.

Highly recommend Elements. Lauren and Christopher are wonderful! A 55 minute massage actually means 55 minutes, not less! Very friendly and professional.

Friendly front desk, kept my appointment time at the time I scheduled it! I don’t care much for the«typical massage environment/ambiance» but it was clean and quiet. Silver gave the prenatal massage and it was great. Not a lot of chatter, which I enjoyed:-) I haven’t been feeling well so I liked she was receptive to that. I’ll recommend and return.

This place is wonderful! I bought a Livingsocial voucher yesterday, and thought they were booked then, they were able to fit me in today. All of the employees, from the front desk to the massage therapist, were really polite, friendly, and obviously cared about their customers experience. Jade was my massage therapist, and did a fantastic job! She struck a really good balance between providing a calm, relaxing experience and some helpful insight into my problem areas. She even gave me some tips on stretches I can do at home. I’ll definitely be back!

Got a great massage here for a reasonable price(well, I got a gift card, but the cost for it was resonable). The staff was friendly and helpful, and took pains to make it clear that I could request whatever pressure level of massage I wanted which is nice. It’s very clean and neat inside, and the massage therapist was good and used some serious pressure on the problem areas I indicated, which was great. The hard-sell on signing up for multiple massages is slightly annoying(note to all businesses: if you are good, we’ll come back, no need to force a membership) but they gotta pay the rent, I guess, and guaranteed income is better than maybe income. Also, I was able to get a same-day appointment, which is pretty amazing, so kudos for that, Elements.

Be careful so this place. Horrible customer service. I had a travelzoo voucher purchased by a friend for me. I scheduled my massage, went in and had the massage, and showed them my voucher when I checked out. I left a very generous tip for the masseuse. Unfortunately, the staff did not write down all the information they needed from the voucher which covered the cost of the entire massage. So, they subsequently left me three message saying that if I did not return the call, that they were going to charge my credit card for the cost of the massage by the end of the day. This seems like horrible costumer service, since it was their error for not obtaining all the info they needed for their records. And they were going to essentially charge me twice bc their staff didn’t get the # from my voucher. Also, beware that the groupons and travelzoo offers are to get you in the door, so that they can pressure you to purchase an on-going membership there. I won’t be going back.

I’ve been to many massage parlors over the years and while most of them are great and provide general relief to me, Elements was definitely the most relaxing. I came in to see Silver a week after having a stitch in my neck, so my upper back and neck were pretty tight. Although most masseuses will keep checking to see if they are applying the right pressure, there are always times during massages where a little too much pressure is applied and the body stiffens up to counteract the pressure. There was never a moment like this during my Elements massage. It seemed Silver always knew the exact amount of pressure to apply to different parts of my body and the exact moment to release the pressure. I felt fully relaxed during the entire 80-minute massage and came out feeling quite energized. Would definitely recommend. Note: They have pretty great extended hours so scheduling is a cinch compared to other places
