I tried Envious (Brad) a few weeks ago when I had a busted pipe that needed repair. He was very resaonable in price on that job, so I called him back for a nasty sprinkler head that was leaking (it actually turned out to be the valve) and had rooted up to an almost solid mass of concrete around the head. He fixed that as well as several other heads that were buried. A month later, I noticed 2 stations were not working. Both the one Brad worked on as well as another. I called him and when he came over and looked at it (and this is where this review goes from 4 stars to 5), he said it looked to be his mistakes in wiring and a faulty valve (the one he installed). He worked for over 2 hours with a new valve work-​up and told me it was under warranty! no charge! The right thing to do! How refreshing in an industry fraught with people who over charge and come up with problems that are not accurate to fatten the invoices. I will keep using Brad, for sure.
And on a related note, I am a very resourcesful person (I actually replaced the control panel before he came to make sure it was not that as it can be a $ 150 repair) and want to say that you can always find the parts online or at Lowes and you will find Irrigation vendors mark them up 100% to 200%. But please remember, the irrigation professional has to drive to a supply house and hold inventory. This costs money and for $ 5 heads, it adds up quick, so don’t be upset if the cost is $ 10-​$ 15 per head when you get them to install it. And if you supply the parts, don’t expaect a warranty on parts OR labor! That is also built into the 100% to 200% markup on low cost parts.
Brad is reasonable, ethical, honest, logical, and a presents a fair deal. He will also debate items, but only to a reasonable level. I highly recommend him and Envious Landscapes.

Wow… that is what I have to say about the service I got today! I am so happy that brad was able to figure an issue we have had in our yard for years. We had 3 other landscaping companies come to try and solve the problem with the water pressure on one side of the yard. I am still amazed after all these years he was able to figure it out in less than 20 minutes. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I am glad it is finally fixed! Awesome!
