Came to Fazoli’s today at 3pm for a late lunch. I had $ 10 for lunch. Ordered a twice-baked lasagna, a fountain drink, and a salad for $ 9.52 including tax. The salad and lasagna were very generously portioned. The salad was served in a chilled glass bowl. The lasagna was served steaming hot along with a warning not to touch the bowl. I also received two breadsticks. The service was good and the food was very tasty. The reataurant was clean, but is showing its age. The staff was helpful and polite. I’ll be back again. I feel that Fazoli’s is an excellent value for the money.

Does the food taste like it came from the freezer section of the grocery store? Sure. Do hamburgers from McD’s taste like they were hand made by a world class chef just for you? Nope, they also taste like something I could microwave at home. Face it, this place is the McD’s of Italian food, not even an average restaurant. Taken in that context however, this place is magnificent! Obscenely large portions and all the breadsticks you can eat, for less than $ 10 a person! I try not to go here too often, because I can’t afford to buy new clothes all the time, but it’s definitely worth the occasional visit.

Cisco the wanna be mgr is rude and obnoxious. This place always seems like there staff are in a daze or that maybe they hate working for this guy. He uses racial remarks and does not want to address any issues. He blew me off and what did he do? Wipe down tables. I think he is not a mgr jsut says he is. Blames all issues on the owner and if anyone knows retail/food mgmt you have a lot of power to make things right., THISGUYWOULDBETORNAPARTEVENBEFOREFOXAIRED A KITCHENNIGHTMARE! I love this place! The chocolate cake is so good! Great priced fast italian food. I have never once been disappointed going here! It’s super close to my house and great for those nights I just don’t want to cook. 15.99 for a family of 4 meal! Can not beat it!

You would think a place with food that isn’t very good would try to make up for it with customer service. Wrong! The employees were rude. They must really hate their jobs because they treat their customers like crap. We went through the drive thru and they acted like they didn’t want to take our order then the man at the window handed us our food and shut the window immediately without saying a word. Won’t be going back to that location.

Fast Italian food when you need it… I don’t come here often, but I did recently after a long day of working when I did not feel the need to cook. It had been a long while since coming here and I was not disappointed. The location still has the old desires of the former business that was at this location, but the staff and food were as good as you would want. They prepared a great hot meal and had you out the door before you got too comfortable sitting down. I appreciated the food, the variety on the menu, and the fast service. Good Italian food for those on the go.

Mom likes this place so we go whenever it’s mom choice. Used to be ok, but now the service has really gone down hill from the top down. Food is still so so, but they really need customer service training for the management and staff. Worse service I’ve had in quite some time. Mom needs to find a new place. Luckily, in Austin, there’s plenty better.

We just ate here after seeing a movie down the road and my stomach has some issues. When we get inside we stand at the counter for a pretty long time. The drive through clerk apologizes and say it’ll be a minute. After a few minutes, he comes back and asks us what we’d like to order. Before we can answer he exclaims«shit!» and tells the person on his headset to hold for a minute. He takes our order and we give him a coupon. Then, he goes back into the kitchen and tells a manager. When he comes back out, he says«It’s gonna be another minute, he’s cooking something.» The manager comes out and finishes the transaction. The wait for food wasn’t that long. I took a big bite of a breadstick and it was the saltiest thing I’d ever tasted. The chicken in my pasta had the consistency of a gummy bear and the oil in the sauce made it look green. I got about halfway through and couldn’t finish it. I’ve been nauseous since I got home and I’m not sure that it’s going to get better. This kind of thing makes me question their food prep and/or their sanitary procedures.

Food is pretty good for fast food. If you want Italian quick its the best place to go for this side of town which has only chain restaurant to offer us.

This place is a thousand times better than Olive Garden. Taste better. Service is better. Faster. Breadsticks are amazing! Literally the only thing Olive Garden has better, is the salad. It even has a drive thru! Hello, new favorite Italian spot.

The food I actually ate tasted fine. I am a male customer. Once our food was delivered my infant son needed his dirty diaper changed. I took him into the men’s restroom to change his diaper. There was no changing table or other place to change the diaper. I went to the customer service counter and asked the cashier if they had a changing table. She said she wasn’t sure. The other cashier working the drive through laughed and sarcastically said, «Not in the men’s restroom. Maybe in the women’s, but definitely not in the men’s.» At that moment I was in shock. I couldn’t believe he actually said that to me. The other cashier even laughed at the remark with him. I have every right to care for my child the way a mother would and this blatant sexism is appalling. I was so upset I threw my food away and left to find somewhere to change my son’s diaper as soon as possible. I have contacted corporate about the incident. Update: Management contacted me in regards to my problems and has done their best to correct the issues. Thank you Fazolis.

Let’s cut to the chase… you want pretty good Italian fast? This will get it done. It’s Pizza Hut meets McDonald’s but better than either. This is a high schoolers paradise though. Hot food plenty of it fast. Serve yourself drinks and silverware. You wouldn’t bring your wife here for a romantic dinner but bring the family here and Fazolis will do the cooking and the dishes. I’ve had better but I’ve had a lot worse too. The service was fast and friendly and the place is clean. The food was hot and tasty. High marks for my money.

I know… 4 stars for a fast food restaurant??? Here are the reasons why: 1) Their breadsticks really are THAT good. Hubby and I devoured 4 of them right when we got them. Warm, soft, buttery, garlic-y. Better than Olive Garden. Promise. Eat inside & you can get more warm breadsticks for free. 2) So easy to swing by & grab a meal that is not fried… not a sandwich, taco, or burger. There aren’t that many places that offer something different. 3) Their chicken parmesan is actually really good. If you’ve ever made this at home, you know how many steps it takes to bread the chicken, cook the noodles, put it together & bake. They do a good job of making it here & smother it with melty ooey-gooey cheese. It’s REALLYHOT when they give it to you– which is a plus in my book. I hate room temp food. 4) They actually use real dishes if you eat inside, which is kind of nice & definitely not something you see at fast food restaurants… like… ever. What’s not that great? –I wasn’t a big fan of their fettucine alfredo or their lasagna… They’re OK– edible but not great. –Their pasta is a tad overcooked– not al dente, that’s for sure. But hey, it’s fast food. This location in particular was well kept. They cleaned off tables after patrons left & kept the place nice & tidy. Silverware looked clean. Service was friendly. No complaints! I’ll probably be back one day when I’m too tired to cook or craving chicken parm.

For cheap and fast, it was good. It’s no ritz of Italian, but the food was good for the price and unlimited breadsticks with dine-in was a steal!

This was my first time here. The manager was awesome and the food was great and most of all the price is unbeatable for all of the food that you get !!

Food is great but the kid that took our order made me feel rushed and was not very nice(we were the only one in line…). No name badge but server ID is 16 on the receipt.

Let’s be honest: The only reason most of us come here is for the breadsticks.(I call them«crack-sticks.») The pasta dishes are extremely mediocre… the pasta is usually mushy, and there’s never enough sauce, and what little sauce there is doesn’t have enough flavor. But, like I said, we all come here for the breadsticks. I should probably just learn to buy a dozen breadsticks and some marinara to dip them in, and use that for a meal and give the rest to my co-workers(who will adore me.) Or perhaps I should share with my supervisor and see if I can’t get a raise? Possibilities! If it works, Fazoli’s, I’ll sing your praises to everyone. ;)

I don’t see why all the hate on the prices. If you use their BizCrazy card you get a drink and a salad/pizza for free! My total always comes to $ 5.48. How cheaper can you get for Italian! Not very. The breadsticks are the best in the world and the service is friendly and the food is great. I once had an issue at a location in Waco and I wrote a review on their site about it. The owner personally contacted me and gave me a gift card. I was really impressed.(I did not use that gift card to eat there on this visit). Cheap italian food fast. Can’t ask for much more ^_^

I don’t normally do drive-thru’s, especially for Italian. After work today I taught a CPR refresher course, so I was a little tired, hungry, and just not in the mood to fork around. This was a spur of the moment decision. I wanted to get home and relax with a glass of wine. I ordered the 4 cheese lasagna(I think). I was greeted with wonderful and friendly service and the wait time in the drive thru was quick(it’s all pre-made, right). I couldn’t eat all the lasagna, it started building up in my stomach. It left me craving traditional meat sauce, damnit! This dish definitely needs something to offset all that cheese(I should probably drink some metamucil). Maybe if they added some chunks of sausage or something? Another thing I think they should do is serve to go orders in microwave proof containers.
