Verizon Wireless Communications

Wow, I went in on December 27^th and waited for 1.5 hours to be helped. There were only 2 people working even though it was a super busy time of the year. After being scammed for super expensive tempered glass (2x the average price) they put it on so hastily that it never sealed. The case we bought started flaking 3 days after we got it.
I just tried taking it back because I was told explicitly that if there is any problem with the glass that they will replace it, guaranteed. I took it in and they said it was my phone’s problem. Then they were going to charge me for shipping the glass even though it was their mistake.
I walked out, fed up with being talked to like a 5 year old and scammed. I went to the corporate store just up the road on 183 frontage. They were way more professional, no waiting at all because they had several employees working, and they didn’t try to scam me. They explained that the product I was buying was guaranteed but I would have to pay shipping.
Verizon corporate was notified and they have also filed a complaint. If I could I would boycott this store.

Thank you Verizon for finally coming to my hood! I no longer have to drive over to da rizzle to handle my business! This store just recently opened. It is on the corner of Lakecreek and 620. Behind the Whataburger and across from Wally World. Same great service and good stock on merchandise. This is a busy area so they should do well here. Welcome to the hood ya’ll!
