Although we love the food and the indoor play area at this location, we find there are vast crowds during the rush hours, and the drive through blocks traffic immensely. Just park, go in, and enjoy.

I love taking my kids here after they have been playing baseball and soccer. They always ask how they are and if they had fun. Keep up the great customer service. Our food is always hot and I love that you can top off your drink as you are walking out.

We came to this location today because our location is closed for remodeling. The staff was polite and the food was good but the restaurant and play area was very dirty. Several tables had not been wiped down and both sides of the glass for the children’s play area were filthy and the play area had trash on the ground, random socks– clearly had not been cleaned in a while. It was not busy at all so I’m not sure why they weren’t cleaning up. Not impressed and probably won’t return.

I order from this location all the time and they’re always so nice and usually get my order right. Well today they charged me for a kids water… Who does that??? This really irritated me. They also forgot the toppings for my salad and a fork. The fork usually isn’t a big deal because i usually take it home but I was taking it to my daughters school to eat with her and all they have there are sporks.

Very good Chick-​Fil-​A, located conveniently near a couple of shopping centers and the closest (remaining) Wal-​Mart to Lake Travis. I arrived during lunch hour on a day with a Texas-​sized toad strangler of a storm, it was packed!
Kudos for the Austin-​style friendly service and the piping-​hot waffle fries, which I suspect are CFA’s secret smart-​missile weapon to win the fast food wars. Look, I know that the chicken gets top billing but these babies are seriously delicious. Also thumbs-​up for making a darned good Arnold Palmer to go with the food.

Hot coffee. Cold food.
I’m frustrated with this location. I used to have great experiences here. There is an older manager there named John who is super nice and great.
It all stems from getting decaffeinated coffee.
They ***never*** have it. And you have to wait up to 10 minutes for them to brew it. Fresh coffee is nice but the last 6 times or so I’ve waited — the problem is this. 1) waiting 2) when you have to wait, they give your food right away; thus, when you get your hot coffee 10 minutes later, your food is cold. Not cool.
I’ll guess I’ll have to get regular coffee.

Went through the drive thru and there were at least 15 other cars in line running dual lane and this is the most efficient drive thru Ive ever went to! Crazy fast, Like Lighting man. Great staff, Professional like Superman’s Day Job.

I don’t think I could ever say anything negative about Chil Fil A. The service is always on point. Food is fresh and delicious. The waiting isn’t fun, but I understand it. Plus they manage it well. I do wish the parking lot was bigger so it didn’t so crowded… But if that’s the only thing I can complain about… they are doing great.

Everything is great, great food, great service.
Lunch can be kind of packed during the week because westwood is so close.

Have to give it to chick-fil-a…this Cobb salad is really good or I’m famished. :) Add blue cheese for extra tang with the avocado spicy ranch dressing. Mmm…
The quantity is perfect even for those really hungry. Pretty decent for a fast food location.

I come here because it’s convenient on my way. It’s not the best Chick-​Fil-​A serviced restaurant, sometimes I feel the floor and tables could be cleaned more thoroughly, but this may be due to low staffing. To elaborate I think the best Chick-​Fil-​A for customer service is the one on Research Blvd, that recently got renovated. I like this location, because ordering inside is always faster than the drive-​thru and they always get my order right. Parking will be tight if you come at a crowded hour. However this Chick-​Fil-​A is good, the customer service just isn’t exceptional that I’ve come to expect from Chick-​Fil-​A. I did have a good experience when I took my twins here on their 2^nd birthday weekend. They did provide exceptional service and gave them complimentary ice cream.

Not my favorite location, but they do their jobs ok. I went inside for my meal and through the drive through for cookies, this location is probably the busiest location I’ve been to, they did get my order wrong at first but quickly fixed it and all was good. The play place is one of the bigger ones I’ve seen and is clean. Customer service is spot on as I’ve come to expect from chikfila.

Came here for breakfast. Same kind of cheery staff that I’ve come to expect. I enjoy the chicken biscuit with syrawberry jam and honey as my condiments. Consistent food and service, and a good alternative to burgers that I don’t know the ingredients to.

Bruce tries to run a well oiled machine at his restaurant. For the most part I have had good experiences. There are a few that have been less than desirable but it always seems to be the same few employees that rattle my cage. I used to visit once or twice a week and now it’s maybe once a month. They no longer have the kids eat free nights. I went in with 2 coupons, one for me and one for my son, and the older gray haired lady refused to give me the food based on the one coupon per customer per visit deal. Well I had 2 people and so I had to go back to the playscape and make my son come out to the counter since old lady didn’t see him standing there beside me initially. It’s just so stupid!

Very fresh ingredients and the fried options are not oily like other fast food restaurants.
There original chicken sandwiches are delicious with a hint of cumin and the Grilled chicken wraps are a bargain for the quality you are getting. Fresh crisp lettuce and veggies! There is usually a line inside and in the drive-​thru but they are quick and efficient and rarely screw up your orders like McDonalds does almost 80% of the time. Last thing I should mention is the lemonade, it is tart and sweet and oh so refreshing!

Yes, it’s Chick-​Fil-​A, so you all already know about the food. You either like it or you don’t, that is not news here. What this review is about is this particular store. It is a fabulous location in every which way. Here’s the rundown, as I see it!
1. The staff is super friendly. No matter how busy they are, everyone is smiling and treats you with respect. I’ve been when it was slow and when it was packed, and you always get fantastic service!
2. Super duper clean! This store is so clean. You always see at least one person out cleaning tables, the playground, the bathrooms, etc. If you do see something on the floor or a table, it’s cleaned up within a minute or two. It’s nice to be in a clean fast food joint.
3. There is usually at least one person walking around checking on the customers. I’m usually here during the day and their is always a nice older lady there. She checks on each table to see if they need anything or even to take away trays and garbage. It’s a nice extra customer service.
4. They have an option for the kiddos and their kid meals. If your kid doesn’t want the toy, they can trade it in for ice cream! ICE CREAM! Who needs toys when you can get ice cream.
If you like Chick-​Fil-​A, this location is fantastic!

I like the good quality chicken, so far best chicken place in Texas!!! They don’t have in Hawaii :(

This is the location I usually go to. I always have good experience here. I like the nuggets, original fried chicken sandwich (with extra pickles), waffle fries and the coleslaw, it’s so good! The lemonade tastes great too. I like the fresh flowers on the tables and usually in the ladies room too.
The staff is friendly when we order and it’s never been wrong. Someone always brings on food out on a tray to our table and ask if we need anything else. Sometimes if we go during peak hours, there are tables that need to be cleaned and there is isn’t much seating choices between the tables people are sat at and the dirty ones but usually we don’t have to wait too long for a table to be cleaned. They have an indoor playground that seems to be very popular.

Wow, best service ever. Everyone here is so nice. The cashier got my name right (not hard, but happens often enough), and they’ll bring you any napkins/​straws/​utensils you need. This is also the first location I’ve been to that will not only bring you your food, but also take your tray!
Food is, as always, great. Best fast food spicy chicken sandwich I’ve had.
My only complaint is that there should be more tables, but its crowded enough as it is now.

Always the most courteous service inside or in the drive through… no matter how busy it gets. This location also helps out the local schools with fund raisers and family nights… so I appreciate that very much.
Great chicken meals, great smoothies with fresh fruit, and always a gracious staff.
