Yup a guarantee headache everytime. I would be surprised if they got the order right. I usually have to go over the order a couple of times to make sure it’s correct. I told myself save yourself trouble and go inside, only to be treated rudely and arrogantly if you can believe that. It’s a shame because I like Wendy’s food, just wish I didn’t have to go thru this to get it.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to! They never get the order right. I’ve sat there waiting for 20 min for«fast» food because they didn’t have any chicken cooked then got home with Luke warm food that had just been cooked supposedly and there was no chicken just burgers!!! Then if that wasn’t enough my husband got food poisoning! Do not go there!

I come to this Wendy’s often and I really need to praise a specific employee by the name of Felicia. She is here almost every time I come and not only is she extremely friendly, but she always gets my order right! Thank you Felicia for always making my experience at Wendy’s a great one!

I’ve never really had a problem at this Wendy’s, just nothing really memorable however this time, you got me. I had the best customer service I have ever had at Wendy’s before. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by an employee by the name of Fredrick. He told me about the receipt promo and helped us with our coupons. Extremely friendly. Thank you Fredrick.

They messed up my ticket and wanted me to pay more. Then they realized it was a mistake and did not even apologize. As I am leaving, I realize I have a baked potato in the bag instead of the combo I ordered. It was not even busy. I won’t come back.

This morning they got my daughters order wrong. When l asked them to correct it the manager mentioned within ear shot that«he(being me) should learn how to talk.» I kindly told him I heard what he said and that he was wrong. At this point he walked up to the drive through window and told me to mind my own business and slammed the drive through window. This happened in front of my wife and daughter. Worst experience ive ever had at any restaurant. Ill never return to this place for sure.

Service has been slowly spiraling down at this Wendy’s. We tried to order tonight, and the person talking our order spitted out ‘will that complete your order’ as if we were really putting her out. Thinking we would complain to the manager, when we pulled up to the window we saw it WAS the manager. A shame we couldn’t actually complete our order. She managed to hand us our food with a surely ‘here’ without looking at us. Nervous about actually eating this now… AND the salad is absolutely disgusting — lettuce wilted and nasty, incredible bad-egg stink when container opened, heading to the store back now to retur it and get my money back.

I ordered my food and when the guy tried to tell me I couldn’t order it the way I wanted it, he got an attitude with me. I have been a regular customer at Wendy’s as they are my favorite fast food and I have never been more disrespected as I was treated there.

Well, well, well. Been a while since someone earned a spot on my Nasty list. Congrats to Wendy’s! It’s my call weekend, so I don’t get much shut eye between 530pm friday and 6am monday, sometimes. Tonite I needed a quick fix and decided to go thru Wendy’s for a single. I’d like a single with cheese, all the way, mustard only please. Did you say no mustard? No, I said mustard only. OK, $ 3.99 I get the fuker home and it is nastily loaded with mayo(at least I think that’s what that white shit was!). It went in the trash! Hope Wendy’s enjoys my $ 3.99! I understand the job is minimum wage. We have all been there. You only stay there if you choose to. It’s a fuking job, do it with pride or move elsewhere idiots. Furthermore, be thankful your dumb, stoned ass has a job. NASTY!!!

They get my order right 9 times out of 10, and on a quick lunch break that’s all that really matters. The fresh lemonade and Caesar salads are my favorite. Minus one star for the tiny black bug I found in my salad the other day, the drive-thru wait every now and then, and getting my order wrong once… or twice.

The drive through people yesterday just couldn’t get it right. Otherwise a better fast food option than most. The natural fries are a cut above the rest. I get their pair 2 combo where you get a half size premium salad and a side(like a chili or a jr bacon cheeseburger) quite often. Free jr frosty with the kids meal is always a treat for the kiddos.

People who work here are always nice, and are fast getting food out to you. Food orders are always right, Fries ALWAYS taste good, like they are fresh from the fryer! Always get the #10 wish the spicy chicken tasted a little better, but I love the original flavor is the best, When I ask for dip, they always give more than I need, Which is always good!
