Don’t be in a hurry and come here, Every time it is the slowest service possible. I am baffled, also I had to repeat my order a few times before she got it correct

Make sure you check your entire order — just because the drive thru server is confident everything is in the bag doesn’t mean that’s so. Not worth going all the way back to get it fixed so I gave two stars instead of one. Good location to 45 and Lake Creek.

Everyone here is super nice. There is one individual and his name is Christian and he’s an awesome leader and just had a great outlook on life and really supports the other employees. He’s awesome with great customer service and I see him whenever I’m here. He always goes the extra mile and I really think he should rise up the corporate ladder fast. Great job for Christian and all the employees at McDonald’s for giving great customer service!

Stood around waiting for somebody to take my order for 5 minutes. If there weren’t 10 other people eating in the dining area I would’ve thought they went to drive-thru only, because it was late(around 9:45 pm). I was standing there as a lady working there wearing a headset would come right up to the counter I was standing at to grab a straw for a drive-thru customer. Very confused, I went to through the drive-thru and ordered my food, and also asked the lady with the headset if they were closed inside and she said they were open for one more hour(it was a little before 10pm now). Other than the terrible service, and the fact that it’s connected to a gas station, McDonald’s is always good, so I can’t complain about the taste ;)

DONOTEATHERE I RARELY opt for fast food but had no choice! I found someone’s pubic hair in my McNuggets! They did offer a refund or replace it– thanks, but no thanks. EFFINGROSSS!

It’s gone downhill in the last three years. The employees are robotic and annoyed if you’re not robotic and actually speak up if something’s wrong. I used to love the iced coffee here but it has been consistently gross in the last few years. Sad to say, I won’t be back for it any more.

I’m posting today because this McDonalds has had a sign on the corner advertising the Flavor the size of Texas. Purchase a McRib Extra Value Meal, get a a McRib sandwich for $ 1 but when you ask for what is advertised they say we don’t have the have the McRib and I have told them the numinous times I’ve done this that the sign I have posted a picture above. I have already complained to McDonalds its self.

Why does it seem the quality of food and level of customer service keeps diminishing over the years. I went in the other day around 230ish. Well after the lunch rush and well before the dinner. Stood there for a few minutes before someone came out to take my order. Waited longer than necessary for my order and the guy who ordered after me got his first. We ordered the same burger. Somebody asked me something in incoherent English. Just handed her my receipt. Then she got a bag off the back counter and threw in a couple of fries and handed to me. Scratching my head. My Quarter Pounder with Cheese was dried out. How is that possible? Don’t you leave them soaking in grease anyway? I’ve never had a worse burger in my life. Ronald, please do something before the King Runs you out of business or worse yet a Sweet Potato and Lentils Burger place.

I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and received 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. There was no one else in line, and cheeseburger definitely sounds different than spicy chicken sandwich.

Got hungry while on the road and saw this place so I just dined in. They had a good location, it was not hard to spot. Dining area was okay, I like how clean their place is. Had a good impression of this place when I got here. Ordered the Bacon McDouble with regular fries and a large coke. The order came late, well thats the normal thing when it comes to fast food so I am not new to eat. A nice place to grab a burger.

Fairly clean place, though when I ordered there cookie crimson all over the counter. There were three other people ahead of me, and they ordered a bunch of food, but the cashier was quick and organized and got through us all. It did not really take all that long to get our food. My son got a Happy Meal, and when he saw his toy he was disappointed because he already had that one. Like a big boy, he took the toy to the counter and asked for a different one. Even though the cashier was busy preparing other orders, he got a new toy for my son. I was very impressed. However, like all McDonald’s, it stunk. The smell is enough to make you choke. I wonder why all McDonald’s have this nasty smell, and I wonder why I keep coking back. The outdoor play area was awesome. It was three stories tall with a fourth level I none area. My kids has an absolute blast! Also, there is plenty of outdoor seating so parents can be near the kids while the kids are playing. I say inside, though, and wTched through a window because it was chilly outside if you are not running around.

I guess it is mcdonalds so you can’t ask for too much, but the food is just absolute junk! The customer service is so shotty that it makes me question why I go here every time. But I guess it is quick and convenient for those days that I am running behind.

Im sorry but the new red hair girl does not take customers seriously and is always facing the other direction. I am a frequent customer and always witness her service at the worst compared to the other workers. And there is a guy in a white and black hoodie always over her shoulders breathing over her neck. Poor girl I feel that she might be able to have better service with customers with out this guy behind her every move forcing her to not pay attention to customers as if getting an ok from him. I would say fire the guy keep the girl.

The new red headed gal working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. Always friendly and personable. High five for hiring her!

Whenever I visit this McDonalds they seem to get the coffee right 90% of the time. Now what disturbs me at ALL fast food drive thru windows is when they hold your bag or drink out the window waiting for you to drive up. They might as well be holding a sign that say’s «HURRYUPSTUPIDCUSTOMER, COMEGETIT». Annoying.

This McDonald’s is hit or miss for me, usually hit. They almost always get my order right, but the one time they didn’t the manager blamed it on me. Cool, just give me my fish filet. Anyways, be specific when you order and double check everything before you drive off. There is almost never a line in the drive-thru and when there is it goes by quickly. Always check for straws! This is a repeat offense for them. The caramel frappé is great :)

When you go to McDonald’s you know what you’re going to get. Crap food, but fast and man, those fries! But when you need something and you need it quick, McDonald’s is usually the easiest place to head. Who needs open arteries, I mean, those fries! When we moved into this neighborhood 4 – 5 years ago, we visited this McDonald’s(which is in the Chevron but has a drive-thru) and we dubbed it The Langolier’s McDonald’s because of the Stephen King thing. Something was weird with their food, it tasted slightly off. Those of you that have read/seen the book/movie will get it… BUT… anyway… We don’t go often, except for their coffees. Once or twice a week, when I’m dragging, my husband will go get coffees. We always get the same things one mocha and one caramel, both with no whipped cream. And every time they look the same and taste the same. Until today. My husband, Tom, who is the nicest person in the world(no really!) and is always polite to everyone comes home fuming. He hands me my cup which has a dome in it and isn’t ANYWHERE near full(see the photos section). Um. Okay. His is in the same cup but has whipped cream on it. I look at the receipt, yup — they screwed up, he ordered no whip(and why is mine only like ¾ full?) He said that he pointed it out to the lady at the window and she told him that«well, when you order it without whip, that’s how much you get». He asked to speak to a manager and she told him she WAS the manager. The conversation went on and apparently the lady was extremely rude to him. The thing is that they obviously screwed up. The receipt even says it’s no whip, but it had the whipped cream domes on it and who knows why mine wasn’t full — did she make enough for a small instead of a medium and realize it and put it in a bigger cup? Ummm… no clue. The lady could have said«oh, I’m sorry, we messed up and I have no idea why that cup isn’t fuller» but no, she was in a hurry and got snippy. Worse, she got snippy with my husband. That is NOT okay with me. They were lucky it was him, I would have gone in and refused to leave until I talked to whoever was in charge of that manager lady. It’s not okay to snip at your customers, I don’t care what kind of a bad day you have had. There are entirely too many fast food joints around here for that kind of attitude problem. Will be skipping that one from now on.
