This place is *Jean Ralphio voice* The WOOORST. Nine times out of 10 my packages are delivered a day late or sent back because they can never read my address right. Sitting here waiting two hours beyond the time I was quoted for a package with sensitive information on it, only to be told my address was put in wrong TWICE by FedEx.
Go home, FedEx, you’re drunk.

when ever you drive down Howard you will think «this can’t be right. where am i?!» keep going, you will find it. its pretty hidden away, not a lot of people go.

I paid a lot of money to have a $ 40,000 check from my credit union sent FedEx overnight to my house. When 2 days passed, I had FedEx divert the package to this location so that I could pick it up ASAP; it was already late at this point.
My «overnight» package finally got to this facility in the early hours on a Saturday morning so I immediately drove 30 minutes from my house to this facility to pick it up. The woman at the counter tells me my package is at the facility, but that I cannot have it because its not scheduled for me to pick it up until the following Monday. I asked if she could check quickly to see if it was easily accessible and she refused to offer any help. I told her it was overnight and critical that I receive it and she told me to «check with my shipper» (what does that even mean?).
So not only did my «overnight» package not ship overnight, but I was not given a very «Texan» experience by the staff at this facility.
I refuse to do business with FedEx in the future — there are too many other options out there for me to even bother. I paid way too much to overnight a check that was critical to my family and have it end up being tossed aside and forgotten.

So easy I could walk and pee at the same time. Checked the tracking and I wasn’t gonna be home so I called 1.800.463.3339 asked if I could pick it up. Was told that someone would call ME between 0800 – 0900 and they did! Took the drive and in less than 59 seconds I had my package! THANKS FED EX, YOU KICK USPS ASS! Also the address is 2001 Howard lane (it has been verified)!

We missed a delivery that came very early of a necessary medication for a guest. I finally found the «phone number» for the ship center and they refused to answer the phone. I called five times and noone answered, eventually sending the phone to a busy signal. How are we supposed to figure out how to get the medication? Very frustrating and upsetting!

FedEx has changed their ways. The drivers seem to care about the state that your package is in when it is delivered and if something is wrong they go out of their way to make it right. Way to go FEDEX.

i can only say wonderful things about this fed ex location on howard lane. everyone there is so nice and helpful.

My complaint is with the delivery people at UPS and their manager/​supervisor/​monkey in chief. For over 3 years I have made telephone complaints and spoken to the supervisor himself (including Richard) at least three times to no avail. The variety of JACKASSES that deliver to my home will not ring the bell prominently featured at my gate entrance to let us know a package has arrived. Instead, they either throw packages over the gate 300 FEET FROM MY DOOR and leave or they hide them behind our mail box structure. Either way, it is often at least a day before we discover the surprise. We have had packages left in the rain and others nearly run over when we open the gate to drive in. Because these guys are simply so rude and lie on the record claiming they delivered «at the front door», I can only refer to them as JACKASSES! There is apparently a reason UPS uses the color brown … it matches their service.

If you’re coming to this location for the first time, make sure you get the location right. There have been some road name change around the area. If you simply input address into Google Map or your GPS, it’ll most likely point you to the Walgreens on Howard Lane.
I was directed to this location to pick up a package even though I live around the UT campus. I wasn’t familiar with the area so I ended up circling around the Walgreens area for about 20 minutes before I went in to ask for some help. When I informed the person working at Fedex about this problem, he just blamed it on Google Map. I really hope Fedex will send Google a notice about this address change soon.
Besides that, I got my package very quickly.

I called FedEx in advance to find out if my package was left at the apartment office or at this FedEx location. The door tag had both delivery options checked off. The woman on the phone assured me the package was at the facility. I drove there as fast as I could to arrive before closing and only made it within minutes. They did not have the package after all. This really really ruined my afternoon. No more FedEx if I can help it.

Forget FedEx Kinko’s/Office or any other authorized ship centers, this location is now my go-​to spot for FedEx shipments.
Having been on hold with FedEx all morning and running in circles trying to figure out the semi-​complicated logistics of sending a package, I gave up and decided to just wing it. I came a week before Christmas and there was hardly a line. It took only a little explaining for the staff to fully understand what I needed. Everything was handled without confusion, and I was out the door within minutes.
Considering I talked to at least five different FedEx operators, all who gave answers pulled out of thin air or no answer at all, I was impressed with the staff’s thorough knowledge and customer service. Save yourself the time and don’t call the 1 – 800 number, just come here.
