Fixitol

Ric and his guys are awesome. He’s a professional, and a great communicator (hard to find that last part out there). I asked him to patch up some minor sheetrock damage, and was impressed by his professionalism. While he was out, I asked him to consider another job I had which involved ripping out my entire living room and hall wood floors that had been damaged by water. We had a heavy glue under the boards and this was not hard work. He readily tackled all my projects in short order, showed up on time every time, submitted his invoices with the option to pay online, and we’re done.
One of the things that impressed me the most though — one of his guys broke a kitchen tile while pulling up the flooring. Ric came back at no charge (and without me having to ask him to) and spent a few hours on the weekend making the job just right. He always cleaned up after himself and hauled away all the refuse. Highly recommend Fixitol and will be calling him again for other projects.

I love these guys! They show up when they say they will, their prices are a fraction of the big guys like Fox Services or ABC, and the quality of their work is excellent. The owner, Rick, makes sure you’re happy with everything.
I’ve had Fixitol do quite a few jobs for me, both at my vacation rental as well as my own home. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been efficient and easy to work with.
After a storm, I had one of the Fixitol guys go check out our vacation rental and clean up the debris. He called me, sent pictures, made sure I knew what was going on even though I couldn’t be there myself to assess. A huge tree limb had broken off, hit the roof, and torn down part of the fence. By the time I was able to get over there the next day, he had the fence looking like new and the yard looked better than ever. He even hid all the debris he’d cleaned up behind the fence and came back on trash day to put the bundles out.
I also had them build a shed for me. They did it quickly and even ended up creating a custom lip over the door to make it watertight. They did a great job. I have several more jobs lined up for them.
