I really like the variety this online store offers. I have had an issue with organization, too, yes, but it was rectified. I get my products on time and I enjoy the samples. I like that I can read all ingredients, too.

A lesson in how not to run a business. Few things are a bigger turn-off for me than shoddy customer service… which is what futurenatural seems to excel at. I’d placed orders with them in the past and they’d always arrive later than my expected delivery date. An annoyance for sure, but their sales were steep enough to keep me coming back. Well, not anymore. On «Cyber Monday»(the 28th of Nov.) I ordered two things with their 20% off code. The next day I was sent an e-mail stating that both of the items had sold out but more would be arriving in three days and two weeks respectively and that they would ship as soon as each became available. Can’t say I was too surprised, the same thing had happened to me with them before. On Dec. 12 I e-mailed asking for an update on my order. No response. I tried again on Dec. 15 adding that I needed to know because I’d be going out of town soon. I received an immediate answer saying that things had taken longer than expected and apologizing for not keeping me updated. Yea. Thanks. She’d also said that the first portion of my order shipped on the 16th. On the 21st I receive a tracking number from my order stating that it had just been dropped off. So they lied about when it shipped? Sweet. I’ve since e-mailed them back complaining about this and asking for a refund on the second part of my order. Conveniently, I’ve gotten no response. Never did get my order before leaving, how silly of me to think that buying something in November was a safe bet. There are other websites that do what futurenatural does(
) as well as many others that I haven’t tried.

The worst. I placed an order and received the merchandise. Overpriced, but, nevertheless, I placed a second order since I am trying to avoid artificial ingredients. Have not received the second order, but three orders have been charged to my credit card. They do not respond to email and when I dial the number their mailbox is full. I now have to call my credit card co. and deny the third charge and may have to deny the second if I do not receive that order and it seems late in coming. Also, in addition to phone and email, I tried clicking«Customer Service» on their website and it does not work. Clearly it is not something they care to provide.

This is one of the most disorganized e-commerce businesses I’ve encountered in recent years. Service is friendly and wants to be helpful, but seems to have no time management or true customer service understanding. I had an offer from Refinery29 to purchase $ 100 of goods for $ 40 or so. I also purchased my items to meet the minimum amount required for free shipping. First off, you could not update your invoice to see how your total amounts change, you just need to trust that they’ll apply the code correctly. The first email response I got was from an employee saying that my code’s been applied, but a number of the items I ordered were not available. No revised invoice was given– only the original order. I requested an updated invoice so I knew exactly what I was getting, but no response. Then, a week later, I still didn’t have any shipment update but I received another email saying that another product is unavailable. Well, then, what am I paying for?! Of course, as usual, no response. They were apologetic in their email saying sorry for the delay… but I’m thinking, if you are only shipping 1 item to me, how was my promotion code applied at all, and why should I pay shipping for that 1 item(since I no longer met the minimum) when I can purchase it elsewhere with FREE shipping? So far, I have not received my items yet, so I can only hope that Futurenatural will not annoy me further. Because right now, I am definitely annoyed. I had high hopes given the number of magazines showering praise upon them and also based on their fantastic selection of natural, chemical-free products. You’d think with all the attention they’ve received, they would be running a more sophisticated site; however, it seems that they simply just have good taste, and not necessarily any good business sense.
