Very tasty pizza(big fan of the sauce and crust in particular). I usually pick up and everyone I’ve interacted with there is helpful and friendly. Tonight was my first time trying delivery and same deal-even got it here 20 min faster than expected! Great people, great pizza!

I decided to order here today because our apartment complex had gave us a discount. This was my first time ever eating at a gatti’s and I have to be very honest. This place is basic and over priced!!! The large pizza crust was dry and looked like cardboard, the amount of cheese was sad and I counted ten pepperonis on the whole pizza. I hate little Caesars but would eat there $ 5 pizza before buying Gatti’s again. The cheese bread is the size of a medium pizza and was decent. Compared to the pizza the crust was fluffy and had a buttery garlic flavor with made it enjoyable. They should make the pizza on that crust. Most pizza places provide sauce with bread or cheese bread this place charges $ 0.89 for a small cup and $ 1.39 for a mediumish cup. I understand if you need extra sauce but not to offer it with the bread is crazy. The staff. When I called in my order the guy who answered the phone held a conversation with someone else and then said I’m sorry I forgot I picked up the phone can I help you. As I start talking I’m placed on hold without any notification, by now I am getting frustrated. I finally got my order placed and arrived to pick up my food. The building seemed old and out dates inside. The floor was dirty and could really use a good cleaning. Final thought. For the quailty of the food you could eat at little Caesars and save your money. For the cost of the food just order papa John’s or dominoes!

i can’t believe I paid for this. I’ll wait til Marco’s delivers here before I order from Gatti’s again. the pizza is cheap, low quality, cold-ish and unappetizing. However, the salad was pretty fresh.

As if waiting an hour and 15 minutes wasn’t bad enough, after they estimated 45 minutes, apparently the other 30 minutes were spent hardening and severely cooling off my(hopefully) once hot pizza. After a call about how UN-edible our food was, they actually offered to send us the same order again. ANOTHER hour and 15 minutes later we have dinner. kinda. They took it upon themselves to Switch our regular crust, to thin crust (obviously the $ 30 I spent wasn’t worth getting what I actually ordered) Sadly, the new crust was actually harder than the first pizza. They even decided to not add any spices to our re done bread sticks which at this point, are literally that. Bread, sliced in sticks. Thanks, guys! I could have, should have, baked a dinner better myself and saved the $ 30. This particular Gattis and I, have been pretty close in the past. I fear this is the last time I’ll see them. Highly disappointed, I thought they had higher standards.

I had a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. I have to say that it was quite delicious. It was not overly greasy and for not being a crust eater the crust was pretty good. The flavor in the pizza was exceptional not bland but not overpowering either. I would definantly eat here on future trips to Texas.

Always great, pretty quick delivery. Super quick pick up time ! For some reason, and this might be only a coincidence, but each time I order for lunch it is always better then in the evening???

If you want pizza and you want it delivered without having to dial someone on the tele, well your options are pretty limited and in terms of quality, well… The pizza is a tad better than other delivery joints. That being said, I still question why I didn’t get off my lazy bum and pick up a pizza from any other non chain place. The prices are on par to the other national chains so you won’t feel like you’re breaking the bank. I also got an order of chicken wings and I hope they were baked because they definitely did not taste fried. The chicken is good but I wish there was more sauce. But you can’t expect greatness for a bit over 50 cents a wing(for a 20 pack). That being said, I would say go for a national chain when they have a killer deal(some have b1g1 free’s, or buy one get another for a $ 1, or 50% off deals quite frequently). The quality is hardly good enough to pay an extra dollar or two per pizza.

First time to order a Pizza from them. Went in and ordered a take out, ready in about 15. Counter girl friendly, guy making the pizza talked to me and the delivery guy held the door for me, even if I wasn’t a good looking blond like another Unilocaler who wrote a review. Now to the pizza, it is hard for me to rate pizza in Austin because I came from an area that had as many Italian places as Austin has Mexican. So pizza down here is a little strange unless you go to a national chain that has the same taste in CA and MA. Made to not offend anyone’s taste buds. That said I think I found a pretty good pizza at Gatti’s. Sauce and cheese was good and the toppings were plentiful.

I’ve ordered from this location a couple of times, including today. Called and spoke to a girl who was very nice and helpful. I ordered my usual: a medium hamburger pizza on original crust. Picked it up; everyone at the store was nice. One of the delivery guys held the door open for me as I exited. Got home, and the pizza was delicious, as usual. I know a lot of people who favor Pizza Slut or Sloppa John’s over Gatti’s, and they frankly have retarded taste buds. I actually wanted to order a pizza from Reale’s, but they’re closed today, so I went with the second best thing. Got some leftover pizza in the fridge, waiting to be eaten for breakfast tomorrow. Cold. Yes, I like cold pizza sometimes. Can you really say that you don’t also like cold pizza? Am tempted to order from here again next week when I take my car to Lamb’s next door to get it inspected, but I think I’ve reached my monthly pizza allotment.
