I have been using Genesis for about a year now. Betty and her team are wonderful.
They come every other week and email me a reminder at the beginning of the week to let me know date and time. She has always been able to reschedule if something has come up for me, making my life easier. The team is very detailed and no stone is left unturned. If you have special request or something htat needs extra attention you just send a note and they complete the next visit. They bring their own supplies, but will also use mine if requested (i have a infant, so use green dish soap on her bottles). They are wonderful. Highly recommended!
