I recently graduated college with a degree that I hated feeling very lost. My anxiety was sky high and I thought my next step was to get on anxiety medication in the midst of trying to find a job. Thankfully for me, my mom begged me to call Hope before taking such drastic measures.
Hope has helped me see the light. Not only was she able to help me figure out my passions /​energizers but how to find them in a career I can look forward to. Hope taught me to see the next part of my life as an adventure, full of possibilities instead of constant, terrible what if scenarios. I’m able to see my own wants and desires as tangible goals.
In the 5 sessions I met with her I found career clarity, which is what I was desperately seeking, but also found a whole new way to think. I was one of the most anxious people I had ever met and most of my friends and family would agree. Hope noticed this and we spent an entire session working on a way to feed good thoughts and positive outcomes. At first the exercise felt a little silly but since that session I have felt lighter, happier and less fatigued.
As for now we have come to a great stopping point but I know I can always start seeing her again if I need to. I have a small notebook filled with helpful notes, book suggestions and exercises to use whenever I need. Hope is genuinely interested, concerned and happy for her clients. She has become a wonderful friend!

Oh, Hope.
I didn’t know anything about life coaching or ever think I even needed such a thing. I gave her a call and before you know it, I am 2 months in and feel transformed.
Opening up the world, my desires, and how anything is possible are just some of the things she did for me. It sounds simple, but there is so much more. I felt like I was able to break through on some tough times that I thought had resolved, but they were lingering and affecting my present. She gives you the tools and power to move forward while embracing what’s beautiful right now.
Best of all, you can do over the phone consultations, in person, or a combo. She’s flexible, understanding, and would love her in my life as a friend!
I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are on the fence like me, who had no idea of what was possible or what I was capable of.

She is a compassionate, wonderful human being, who truly cares about her clients– although, to be honest, I’ve never felt like her client, but a person in whose welfare she is genuinely invested. I recently participated in a session with Hope called Self-​Discovery. In preparation, I was advised to create a list of personal priorities that I had over the next year, and what outcomes I desired. I knew this was going to be different because Hope encouraged me to not just list the priorities, but to truly think about what I wanted to accomplish in regards to the each priority.
During the actual session, Hope listened to me with an open and non-​judgmental ear. She was very supportive and provided me with a lot of insight. I was able to develop very simple takeaways from the session, and have begun putting some of them to work.
Hope had an very hands-​on, genuine approach to her coaching which I appreciated. She’s very authentic and I recommend her to anyone looking to discover themselves.

I have worked with Hope in a number of sessions. She helped me break apart blocks through hands-​on exercises. I immediately felt liberated and the blocks have not returned. Some of these were blocks I had had for years — and we broke through them in less than an hour.
She will give you «homework» before your next session and will give you book suggestions or other items to look at that relate to the topic of your session.

I visited Hope at a very transitional time in my life. I was lost about which direction/​s to take next and Hope offered very effective methods and assignments that helped me keep all the details straight. I was able to find clearer direction and left our sessions with greater optimism about where I was headed. Since I our coachings together, I continue to look back at our discussions and keep learning from them as I lead the life I want to live. Hope is a great inspiration and helped me tap into my unique strengths. I left with greater confidence and pride in myself as a person.

Hope is an excellent life coach and has helped me deal with many issues throughout our time together. She really does love helping people, I feel like she is really invested in my progress. Her joy at my success makes me feel good after the pain of growth.
I mostly work with her on general life issues, but one of the many sessions we’ve done together is Career Clarity. During this session I was finally able to recognize what career path I wanted to take. It took me 35 years to find out what I want to do when I grow up, but at least I made it :) Thank you Hope!

I met Hope a few months ago at a drum circle and was immediately inspired by her enthusiasm for life. She came up to talk with me about my African marimba school (Rattletree School of Marimba) and told me all about how she was taking belly dance lessons. I friended her on Facebook and didn’t really think much more about it. I got into the habit of liking and looking forward to her many positive, thoughtful and helpful posts. Last week I got into a car accident (I’m ok) and that stress on top of building a business put me over the edge. I wanted to press the reset button and thought of Hope. From the get go she was unbelievably helpful and kind. She told me about her offerings, sent me resources including her videos on YouTube, and gave me homework to prepare for our meeting. The homework made me take stock of my life and gave us a focus for the conversation. Hope is a fantastic listener. She makes you feel comfortable and challenges you at the same time. I came away from our session feeling revitalized and with some concrete action items. I highly recommend Hope to anyone looking for a life coach.

I worked with Hope during my pregnancy with my second child. I was facing several big challenges at the time and Hope really helped me process everything in a wonderfully healthy and healing way. I always look forward to my twice-​monthly phone calls with Hope, as I am more calm, serene, and focused after our sessions. She offers an amazingly wide open perspective and calls me on my «stuff» when I need it. She is loving, compassionate, and hopeful — what a gift she has been to my life!

Hope is a truley beautiful soul, and a tremendous force of good natural talent paired with good skills. I really appreciated her empathic non judgemental attitude and her willingness to work with wherever i was, and to help with whatever i needed.
As a trained psychotherapist i’ve always had a distaste for «life coaches» because i thought of them as superficial cheerleaders who discount your feelings. I did a session with Hope and found her redeeming the name of this profession. When we met i was in a bit of a depression and rather than glossing over that and forcing me to re-​frame this positively she was SO compassionate and empathic and followed my lead. She listened to where i was at and adjusted herself to work with what was up for me rather than shame me for not beingin a better mind set. We worked with my inner demons and externalized them on paper. I highly reccomend her as a coach and that says a lot from a skeptic like me. Go see Hope. She’s amazing.

I have to admit — I was unsure of what to expect when I first spoke with Hope about life coaching. Not the case today. I have met with her several times and plan to continue doing so.

Hope has a gift. Not only is she an active listener, but she also has the ability to pinpoint the root issue and help talk through it. She knows exactly what to say and stimulates dialogue, knowing when to push and when is too much. She is armed with techniques that can really help people make personal breakthroughs, overcoming decades-​old hangups. She is good about following up. Hope has had formal training in life coaching and has also done a lot of work on self-​awareness and meditation, and the wisdom she has gained from this work she imparts for the help of others. Hope is compassionate, wise, funny, just a great person.
