Closed on a home here today. I was a bit worried with some of the older reviews I had seen, but the sellers choice was here (I was the buyer). Seems like they made a good choice. Lots of documents were e-​signed before hand and in total the closing itself took probably 30 minutes, 40 if you want to be liberal. You park behind the front of the complex which has Chico’s on the corner, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Haylie had everything ready to go and all was on time. Explained any documents I wasn’t sure of. All in all I was comfortable and would recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Gracy Title. We both bought and sold a home using Gracy as our title company and I could not have been more pleased with the services they provided. They are attentive and make you feel appreciated and valued as a customer. I personally worked with Haylie Shearer and thought she was fantastic!

My closing was delayed because of an inexcusable lack of communication and responsiveness. I called to speak to my escrow agent about 12 separate times over the course of 3 weeks, and each time I was told by her assistant that she was in a closing and she would get back to me, but she never did. I know my lender had similar inexplicable problems getting them to act. To her credit, my escrow agent waived a few hundred dollars of her fee — not worth the time I put into it or the frustration and anxiety I experienced, but a nice gesture, and the only reason they don’t get one star.
